As far as I’m concerned. Carlos has nothing going for him. He’s a straight swindler and tells you what you need to hear until it comes down to it. Beware of his terrible business practices. Actually he’s more interested in getting his retaining feet than actually doing work.

Questionable business practices and being difficult to deal with as a client are the name of this attorneys game. Doesn’t return phone calls, answer emails, and if he’s able to get his hands on any of your money, he will do everything he can to not give you any of it back. He will file lots of unnecessary paperwork, and of course bill you to the hilt even when it doesn’t benefit you as a client.
Bottom line, if you want reasonable, stay away from this attorney. It’s nothing more than a mill house.
