Only been here once so far but it seemed fine. The office staff are VERY busy. Phones ringing off the hook and people just walking in to ask questions. Definitely gotta be patient. They were helpful and helped me resolve an insurance issue rather than turn me away.
Very clean, all things considered.
Did not see the doctor, only the PA, who was very nice. Perhaps in the future I’ll meet the doctor.

DO NOT PICK AS YOUR primary health care provider. BIG MISTAKE. Gilbert Zini, MD may be good DOC. But his Family Practice was a nightmare this year 2015 to deal with. Thank God it’s a new year 2016 & we are switching ASAP. Please remember it’s not just the Dr. Gilbert Zini, your dealing with but the office staff who you will be dealing with on everything. Pick this Family Practice & you will know why I’m saying that. Think DMV service. No one ever answers phone. No call backs. Poor medical care & unfriendly staff members, no thanks, I’m OUT! Good luck! & Good riddance. Have a happy, safe, and HEALTHY New Year!

Dr Zini is by far my favorite doctor. He is very thorough and does not sugar coat anything. He tells you like it is. He’s very helpful. The front girls are always sweet. The nurse is SUPER GREAT and his Assistant Victoria is always a pleasure. If I don’t see Zini I know at least I will be in great hands with Victoria. I have countlessly recommended friends and family and they all feel the same way. And we are long time patients. Thank you!!!
