Chronic Tacos

Food is starting to go down, as so is the customer service. But the prices continue to go up. I’m all for paying for my food but, let’s keep the quality the same, if not better. And let’s also get the customer service under control. Please act like you’re happy to see a customer in your establishment.

I went this past Saturday night with my cousin and her girlfriend. The customer service and the food were awesome. It’s great how you build your food just as you like. Very tasty and super horchata ! Definitely recommend and definitely a return visit coming.

Food was very good but the service was terrible the guy there was very rude and to make matters worst they have roaches while I was sitting there eating one crawled across the table and I haven’t been back since

They were really busy when we went in BUT they had amazing tacos! And the prices were fair. The Guacamole was so good too! We will be returning for sure!!!

Seems a little pricey but the tacos are good. Ordered a veggie taco, shrimp taco (baja style), and two carne asada tacos. Total was $ 14. Will make sure to go back on Tuesday when they have their Taco Tuesday special.

Are you serious!!! Who the heck sell Taquitos and then charges for guacamole?! First and last time there. Over priced!

The food was alright. Nothing special. Probably wouldn’t come back to spend $ 3 on a tiny taco.

This place is great, Angelica and Clarissa are amazing! Quick and friendly service, and the beer is good too! ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend to anyone!

So I went here for lunch, first time here. Glad they had a carbe asada bowl option. The food was fresh and taste good however. They were chincy on the rice and beans, then on the Carne he put a drizzle of carne. I asked for more and it was a 1.80 more. I declined. I asked for guacamole and it also was 1.50 more to which he put a drizzle if guac in my bowl. I paid 9.50 for bowl with guac. Not very satisfied.

The service here is horrible!!! I’ve been to this location more then five time and each time it’s a horrible experience.
The first time I went to this location there was a thick black hair in my rice. I thought «It’s ok i just wont eat the rice» and I informed the girl behind the bar.
The second time I went I informed the guy at the beginning of placing my order that I wanted 5 churros. I paid for them, reminded the casher about my churros and he said to take a sit and he would bring them to me. Well 20 mins went by and nothing, I finally had to go up again and they told me no one had started making them.
This last time that I went they completely messed up my order and I had to wait about 30 mins for this messed up order to even be done, I just ate it because I didn’t want to reorder and wait another 30 mins.

Finally tried this place, I was not impressed by there service food and menu prices I would not recommend

They seem to only appreciate regular customers of the same nationality.
Food is greasy, but good.

Sooo good. I love it. Great games on the tv. Flavor gets five stars. Everything else makes it 4

I’m pretty disappointed Chronic Taco! I used to come here all the time for lunch and highly recommend your establishment to other people. Now your rating has dropped to a B and I can’t believe you guys would let that happen. I used to spend a lot of money at your place.
Now I can’t bring myself to go there anymore due to the way it is now kept. Food areas are dirty and it’s uncleaniness is a huge turn off. The food doesn’t even taste as good as it used to. I really hope you guys fix up the place again, I miss it in its better days.

My co-​workers seem to love this place. It’s okay, I guess. The food is average for a chain restaurant, not very flavorful or unique.
As you walk in, it’s pretty bright and cheery. It’s like Subway/​Chipotle where they make your meal in front of you while you customize it. Get in line to customize, then you pay at the cashier. There’s lots of seating and a great bar «cantina» area in the other room.
I’ve tried the chicken tacos filled with chicken, cheese and guac. It was okay tasting, nothing special. It’s pretty pricy for a regular taco. I’d rather have King Taco with so much more flavor.
The chicken flautas which were actually really delicious if you eat it quick, otherwise, it starts to feel greasy/​soggy.
They serve soda via a fountain or beer in the cantina.
Service is on par. You get service at the counter where they make your meal and take your money. There was a bit of a line, so there was a short wait. The line goes pretty quickly as you are ordering your food.
It is located at the corner of Foothill Blvd and Rochester near the 15 Freeway, near the Suite 106 Cupcakery. Lots of parking in the lot.
All in all, it’s an okay place if you are craving tacos, but there are many better choices in the area.

I have been coming to chronic tacos since this location opened. I’ve been a loyal customer, although I’m afraid due to a rude employee I may no longer be coming to chronic taco.
There is one specific employee who always gives attitude and ignores what you say. I was ordering and this gentlemen was watching the tv and I had to keep repeating myself. He had no interest in what I had to say. I tried getting his name and he had no name tag. He was so stingy with all of the food and when I asked for a normal portion he said it was an extra charge. I’ve never asked for extra meat or anything extra since I’ve been coming to chronic but ever since he was hired I find myself paying more for less food and worse service. I really hope things change otherwise chipotle looks pretty good…
It’s been a week and a half and I’m still waiting for them to contact me.

Just ordered carne asada tacos and have no idea what the hype is all about. You’re honestly better off going to a hole-​in-​the-​wall, which has so much more flavor and is cheaper. Really disappointed with these tacos — they’re just average in my opinion.
Service was alright.

Cool, funky place with an excellent vibe, but…
They messed up my wife’s order, but they handled it nicely and just let us keep the extra taco. Unfortunately, it was an extra Carne Asada taco, which isn’t as good as the chili relleno tacos that we also ordered. The shrimp tacos weren’t bad, but the one’s at Marie Callendars were better. Wait staff was totally cool, and the service was excellent. The beer selection is also very varied, but neither one that we ordered was great. Overall, a fun experience, but I don’t know that I’d go back.

Went here with my coworkers for lunch and saw this cockroach on the food counter as I was waiting for my food l. I did tell the worker there and didnt get a response from him like it was no big deal. I will not be returning here neither will my co workers.
