I love Norma’s work & HIGHLY recommend her for any type of hair service! Norma has been doing my hair for 10 yrs & I’ve never been disappointed. On the contrary, I’m always very pleased!
I’ve had Norma do my color, highlights, Great Lengths extensions and various haircuts. No matter what the service is, she works with precision! She is very talented & a master at what she does!!!

I’ve had good cuts and bad cuts. I’ve had an awesome experience and the terrible experience the second visit with a few, so I never could settle down to stick with one salon or one professional like my grannies used to do. They have their regular people who know how they like their hair done, not only have a rapport with but becomes friends with over the years, and who they’ve trusted to help them always look their best. I was totally jealous because I’m a creature of habit and I like reliable routine.
That was then, but since I started going to Norma I’m totally happy now! I’ve been going to Norma for 4 – 5 years now (Which is almost longer that my first marriage already!) and followed her from two previous locations. I have never had so many positive compliments by friends, family, AND strangers — men and women alike, telling me they like my hair, love my color, or love the style. Norma is above excellent and a highly skilled professional, who is timely, very knowledgeable about her craft, products, and tools, and has always been and continues to be super easy to talk to and do business with. :)
Whether you want to just tell her what you want/​need and let her do ur thing, or like me, and wanna know about all the processes and have things brokedown, she’s totally flexible and always friendly. I love taking advantage of the time with her to get hair tips, hear about new products, and look for technique guidance — which she’s always open to provide when she’s not measuring chemicals. :) And I like how she doesn’t dish unsolicited advice, wag her finger, or ever pass judgement on what I want to do or try out. She always listens to what I have to say, then tell me my viable options, gives me pros and cons if needed, and always sets a realistic expectation so I can make an informed decision. (Because we all know not everything we WANT with always be the BEST look with what we got or may not be achieved the way we expected… sometimes some tinkering with the «how» is needed.) Which is perfect for me because I love to play with my hair color and style frequently, but I am also always worried about keeping it as healthy as possible.
She used to be based out of a salon in Claremont when I started coming to her and is now currently here in Rancho Cucamonga, so my original 5 min commute is now 25 mins, but she’s totally worth the drive! TWO THUMBS UP FOR ME!

If you are looking for a great place to get your hair done, then this is it! Norma has been doing my hair for over 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my curly locks! She always matches my color precisely and recommends the best product match for my hair type. Her salon has a spacious feel to it and a beautiful view from her windows. I would follow her wherever she went because this stylist is worth it!
