The Shutter Source

I bought a shutter from these guys for a door that was leading out to my backyard. Across the board, they were professional and made sure I was happy. There was a little issue I had with the installation, but they remedied it quickly to my satisfaction and responded very promptly. I would most definitely do business with these people again.

We just had our shutters installed today (12÷3÷12) and we are the happiest homeowners ever! From beginning to end, working with these guys has been the most pleasant experience. Susan Kumba came out to do our initial in-​home assessment and she is probably the sweetest woman I have ever met. She came in and even provided us with some great suggestions that we actually ended up going with. Susan, you know how to get business handled in today’s economy! I like it.
And it just got better from there when Kevin came to do the blueprint. He is a first class shutter guy who sets the standard for professionalism and speed. He works extremely fast, but makes you feel comfortable at the same time, it’s awesome. Kevin also made some suggestions about some tweaks we should make to the shutters and the installation and thanks to his advise, our shutters look amazing!
Kevin also did the installation, needless to say everything that I said above applies to his installation techniques as well. Super professional and super fast!
Overall, The Shutter Source get’s 5 stars from us. You might have to pay a little more for quality, but these things have a lifetime warranty, so it is WAY worth the little extra.

In fact, he designed our shutters to work even better than we expected. And especially given the top quality of the Duracore shutters, The Shutter Source offered us the best price out of the three bids we obtained. Their customer service was first rate and Kevin, their installer, was very professional and friendly. They have provided the same excellent service to other people I know, too. I would definitely recommend them to anybody shopping for shutters.
