i’m somewhat baffled by all the nasty reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience. I mean it’s a «subway» they’re all pretty much the same except for the employees… so I have to wonder if the nasty reviews are directly related to that and not the quality of the sandwiches? I’m reviewing today because my SANDWICH tasted amazing! I ordered online though, and therefore didn’t have to wait in line or watch them make it. Anyone reading this, you gotta try the rotisserie chicken, it’s pretty much the best sub at Subway right meow!

if you enjoy terrible customer service, people who don’t know what they’re doing and paying full price for half the product, then this is the place for you, if not, don’t go here, they are cheap and give you hardly any meat but will charge out the butt. oh, and don’t expect to be dying of thirst and get free water.

I went to this branch once at 8pm they said they are closed. I understood that it was a bit late. The next day I went to the same branch at 6:48 pm and they said they are closed too. I wonder if the managers of Subway know about these weird working hours!

This place is terrible. I say this because on several different occasions I have found plastic from the packaging for the meat in my sandwich. The manager never even calls back. Horrible. Go to the one on Olson or Bradshaw but avoid this location.

Good customer service, had my lunch many times, no issues :) the building was in fare condition not the best style which I wasn’t really worried about! the place in remote area, so I’m not expecting this place to be perfect!

One year later I checked in at Subway. Eats Fresh? More like Eat Crap. The lady making the sandwich stopped to hand over the big bathroom key to someone then continued making sandwiches. Just gross. This chain isn’t anything special to begin with, but when you can’t even be hygenic, that’s horrible. Close up shop and knock down that building so the city can build something worthy please.

Stopped here for lunch as we left Rancho Cordova. — Located across the Baseball field although the complex the building sat on was Ghetto. — Clean store, but workers were incompetent. 1) My husband ordered a kid’s sandwich +(2) 6 Inch sandwiches. — The Indian lady wasn’t listening so totally screwed up our order when my husband specifically said, «No cheese on his sandwich or No onions on all our sandwiches.» 2) The Caucasian lady took over and I said, «I would like a medium drink.» Clearly, not paying any attention to what I’m saying, she gives me a large cup size. 3) This Subway location does NOT carry the new Falafel sandwiches and does NOT carry personalized pizza’s either. 4) Usually, most Subway’s I’ve visited at other locations also included napkins, but NOT this location. Definitely, NOT coming back here since we were just passing through.

Subway is an OKAY place to get sandwiches, maybe because I have been spoiled by awesome sandwich shops in downtown Sacramento. I’ve only been to this Subway two or three times. It’s close to my work and the only real food establishment that is walkable. I cannot believe that this place has four $$$$ next to it. Really? I disagree. The times that I have been to this Subway, I’ve had overall good experiences. They made my sandwiches as requested, decent customer service. Yes, I agree that the place is TINY with limited seating. On a nice day you can probably sit outside and enjoy the weather. The parking isn’t too bad either, pretty large parking lot! Sad to see this place get such low ratings. Hopefully it will come up when they change things a little. Decent Subway for me though.

Very cramped seating, sub-par toppings, but fast line. Really the only alternative the VA hospital if you’re on a short lunch and don’t want to drive a mile or two.

We came here on Sunday, February 26th at 11:30 am. We came with our baseball team. Food was good and service was ok. Until my son stood in a long line to get a dozen cookies. They continuously passed him up because he didn’t order a sandwich but isn’t it so easy to just box a dozen cookies & send him on his way? Wow! Come on people. Just because he’s 14 years old, doesn’t mean he isn’t a paying customer.

Have to admit it was the worst subway experience ever. The employes were rude and seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Place is a MESS! Where is there boss or manger and why haven’t they done anything yet?

After being turned away by the two close subways, due to lack of sourdough bread!!, I decided to venture a little bit further and try this one out. They did carry all the types of bread, but they were a little dry. They were out of iced tea and don’t carry the chips I like, but it’s still a much better restaurant than the other subways in the area. The people who work here are really friendly and nice.

This is an underwhelming Subway in every way. The location is just outside the old Mather AFB, and it’s pretty run down. On the upside, because it’s a bit off the beaten path, the line was shorter than usual for lunch time. On the more abundant downsides, the staff needs a ‘tude adjustment. Dang. They weren’t rude, but they were the opposite of friendly. I would have rather had a robot make my sandwiches because at least then I wouldn’t have expected a fake smile. The place is kinda dingy. The parking lot has weird striping and absolutely no shade. The inside was dim. It’s just not an inviting place to be. The sandwich was just OK. Not bad. Not good. Though, really, it’s rare to get an outstanding sandwich at ANY Subway. Still, this place should have had a rain cloud over the top of it. It was depressing.

Occasionally I have craving for a sub and I’ve been to many Subways. My last visit to this place was excellent. Although their all Subways, Some Subways are very stingy on the toppings, but not this place. Had the most toppings and my sub was bursting by the seams. Staff are friendly too. They all seem to be local high school girls.

eh, what’s up Alex?! sorry to say I had the worst experience ever at this subway. I walked in through the door to hear the teenage guy behind the counter say«not it» under his breath to the girl next to him. so, naturally I insisted on him to make my sandwinch which he did reluctantly. He didn’t give me the option of toasting my sandwinch and when I said something he mumbled and just kept on ‘making’ my ‘sandwinch’. I wasn’t offered any choice of cheese and he just threw the rest of my sandwinch together carelessly. this was not the sandwinch I ordered so I walked out. this place is in a serious need for a makeover, next time I think I may try the cafeteria at the V.A. hospital around the corner… well, maybe not.

What a nightmare. I’ve been here twice because it’s convenient. This is by far the worst Subway location I have ever visited, and unfortunately I’ve been there twice. On my second visit, I walked in to find one of the sandwich makers in a loud profanity-laced conversation with one of the customers. She was yelling as if no one could hear her, and twice she actually THREW food at the customer in what I could only guess was a flirtatious manner. I’m all for talkin’ loud and talkin’ s**t, but there is a time and place. My sandwich was sloppily made and I had to repeat my order twice because she was so distracted. Then she overcharged me. If that’s not enough of a deterrent, its located in a rundown strip mall where the Subway is the only business that hasn’t shut down. I rarely see visitors so I wonder what it is that keeps this place open. Other than that, I love Subway.
