All Time Event Rentals

Well, I called to reserve table and chairs and was told they were short staffed due to a medial reason with their manager. Therefore, they asked that we pick up the table and chairs several days early and return several days later due to the fact that they are short staffed. My husband and I were of course understanding due to the circumstances. I was given a PDF file to fill out and told «no hurry» to send it back with our Credit Card information (the whole credit card number including the security code on the back, expiration dates, etc). I was hesitant to give out such info via fax but decided to do it anyhow. I faxed over the documents a day later (Friday) and then got an Email on TUESDAY AT 4:46 PM that my reservation could not be requested because a BIGGER order had been placed and they were going to fulfill that and use the table and chairs I had reserved. WHAT??? Horrible. They said they got that order on Friday and waited until TUESDAY at 4:45 PM to tell me via email. I would NEVER do service with this company again. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
