Advanced Integrated Pest Management

Advanced IPM is a really good company. I work for an apartment complex and we have used another pest control company for over a year and needless to say this other company failed to deliver. Advanced IPM came in and immediately solved the problem.
Randy was the initial person to come and do our inspection. He really cared about solving the problem and put a plan into action. His follow up calls and level of concern are what sold us on the company.
Once the contract was signed, I was apprehensive about the level of concern the technicians would have. I feared the techs wouldn’t possess the same level of concern. Adam came and proved that fear was unnecessary. He is a supervisor there and is very hands on. He is very informative and delivers great documentation. He answers the phone every time we call and wants to know if his techs are meeting our expectations. He also has a lot of personality he makes every visit a fun experience. Though they have a undesirable job, it is obvious Adam makes it fun and is serious about his job as well. The techs are truly a reflection of Adam. They get the job done and are a pleasure to be around. I’ve met a few techs but amongst the most memorable are Eric, Ray and JD. They are all a pleasure and very good at their job. You would not go wrong with this team.
