Totally Tan

My wife and I bought a Groupon to try it out. Service was good no problem, I used all my sessions and had to get a single session. It was $ 23! Wow! I paid way too much, and we won’t be going back. Way over priced.

The employees here are seemingly nice but apparently don’t know how their own system works. I got totally ripped off! Their «main office’ handles complaints and were very condescending and rude after taking 3 days to get back to me. They only credited a portion of the money they owed me back to my card after taking out $ 67 more than I was told. Really when it was all said and done AFTER I was credited back I still paid $ 58 to tan for 4– 5 minute tanning sessons because of the idiots that work here. I WILL NEVER be back and I will tell everyone that I know about Totally Tan’s terrible service and over priced BS! On top of it all their bed sanitizer give me hives…

Customer Service is horrible, a bunch of little sluts working there who are obviously only there for the looks to bring men into tan. It is not clean, the solution they use isn’t even regulation! When you see the spots all over from the glow of the tanning beds, that’s pretty nasty! The goggles have had other people’s hair stuck on them as well as make-​up caked on.
If you want to cancel your Membership, good luck! They will give you the run around and tell you false information. When you want to talk to a manager, well, she only works the hours that most people aren’t able to go in to talk to her and she is VERY rude over the phone. They don’t take legal obligations seriously either, so buyer beware!
The prices raise without notice, well, until you see it on your statement. The lotions are often times expired, and it’s just not a good place to tan. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have hidden cameras in there. It may look like a decent place, and it would be if you’re into broken down beds of nastiness. I’ve known people who have gotten rashes from this location as well, not what I want to go home with after I tan, I’d like to go home with a tan, not a fungus!
