I wouldn’t give this place any stars. It is the worst UPS store in the area. Do not under any circumstance ship your packages from there. They lost 5 of my packages and refuse to do anything about it. I have been a customer there for many many years but this new owner is terrible and her staff is worse. They do not know the meaning of customer service at all. The UPS store in Montvale offers much better service. This place is the worst.
