Chili’s

Ordered the enchiladas. After I ate it, I started to become very sick. I looked at one of the pieces of chicken & part of it was pink. I think I got a mild case of salmonella poisoning. I normally don’t complain but there’s no excuse for serving enchiladas with chicken that’s dangerously under cooked.

Horrible experience, took over 40 minutes for a basic dinner order, ended up being there for almost 2 hours with two over-​tired kids. They did not allow me to use a coupon because I ordered the «wrong» thing despite reading from the coupon when I ordered.
Usually go every week, as it’s the kids favorite — not anymore.

Good experience tonight! good happy hour drinks. good prices, good service. What’s not to like?

I really don’t like the food here but g*ddamn do I love their salsa and chips.

It is what it is. Always reliable. Eat here once and when you come back and order the same thing it taste how you remember it.
Service is alway good. Price is even better.

Yikes. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the manager rectified the situation appropriately and for that they deserve an extra star. This could be a great spot for lunch, they offer lunch combos ranging from $ 6-​$ 8. You can start off with soup/​salad and then pick an entrée, good deal. I ordered the baked potato soup and it was pretty good. I would say it was very good but it had a ton of raw chunks of onion in it and it was overwhelming. Side note, my drink did not come until my soup did, which was at least 10 minutes. I was really thirsty too, ugh. Anyway, its unfortunate that the soup had all that onion, because otherwise it was appetizing. For my entrée I went with the smoked chicken quesadillas. The description sounded really good, with sautéed red and green bell peppers, caramelized onions, jack cheese and jalapeño aioli sauce. At a first glance I wasn’t too thrilled as it seemed to be very crispy and when I actually touched the quesadillas, they were almost rock hard. Next up I take a bite into it and find that there was barely any chicken, extremely skimpy… but I ate it. I did dip it in the jalapeño aioli sauce (which was alright, nothing to brag about). The next piece seemed super flat, so I opened it up and there was NO chicken inside of it. I am not exaggerating, NO chicken. When the waiter finally decided to come back and check up on us, I informed him about my gripe with the food. He sent a manager over (cant remember his name) but he immediately was apologetic and comp’d the entire meal. I was extremely happy with the quality of his customer service, he definitely did the right thing, so hats off to him. Not sure if I’ll come back here, could have been an off day or could just be poor quality overall, I don’t know. The lunch combos are enticing but are only worth it if the food is actually existent!

so. driving up from Philly to Albany. quick dinner on the way up. had the Southern Smokehouse Burger and a large Blue moon. nothing special. overall was reasonable. the whole dish, (10 $ burger), was a bit smaller than expected. but I was full and ready to drive up. the server was very friendly but I think it took very long time to server a medium burger, (which was not medium), left 20% tip anyway…

We love this Chili’s! The food is always fresh, hot and just the way we ordered. The staff is friendly and cordial. The restaurant is spotless and we’re made to feel right at home.

5 Stars for the service alone. Great staff, always cheerful and accommodating.
The new menu is one of the best yet, I love the fresh new bowls and there pick 2 or 3 with so many combo choices (great for people like me who can’t make up their mind). Pretty sure I will be back agin soon.

I went there for the first time and got some deal which turned out to be a great value. I got ribs, fries, some margarita, and dessert for ~$ 20. It wasn’t the greatest tasting food I ever had, but in terms of value, it was amazing. The service was great and there was nothing to complain about. It’s way better than the Macaroni Grill next door and for half the price.

After going to this establishment for several years it’s sad to see the utter down turn of what was once a relatively okay place to grab a quick bite. The last three times I’ve been there and needed a high chair, the chairs come to the table absolutely filthy. We have to wipe them down with Lysol wipes which usually take anywhere from 8 – 10 to get most of the grime and gunk off of them. Each of these three visits, we have complained to management that the high chairs are extraordinarily dirty and they always blame it on the shift before. Hey manager, it’s happening in your watch. I don’t care what shift didn’t do their job. Today was the last straw. Ordered a side of beans and rice which came to me cold only to send it back and have the second attempt even colder. The lack of management overseeing some real basic things leads me to the belief that as dirty as their high chairs are and the lack of proper temperature for food, means a dirty kitchen and lack of concern for the health and welfare of their customers. The manager even told me that someone he’s trusted ‘for 10 years to clean things, has disappointed him. Really? Pretty sure that the managers cavalier attitude has led to such a pitiful excuse as a restaurant. I wish I could say it was just one manager but unfortunately it has been the attitude of several managers. Wonder what the chilis franchise would say to these representatives of their brand? Won’t be going back. Not wanting to gamble with my health and take these kind of risks.

Nothing great about this place but not bad either. Service was fast and friendly. The food was average. I may not go back unless there is no other choice.

This place is ok but I won’t be back. The food is chain quality so didn’t expect much. Though I will say the nachos were deff off putting that the give u 8 chips for $ 7.00. The one star is for service and the Ziosk machine. I found the service to be terrible I basically had to beg to get a refill of water from the manager who than didn’t even come back with it rather a different server altogether. Than I found the Ziosk machine to be very off putting. First I really don’t like the fact that the machine has a camera in it while it’s on the table, It is really my main reason for never going back there again. First they didn’t wipe it down it was very dirty and a little sticky. I don’t like the fact that they say order drinks and desert off of it but than the waitress still asks for both before and after dinner anyway. Also was extremely ticked off that at the end of your meal they tell you to pay through the machine instead of taking the card and swiping it for you, now yes this can be convenient, but it should not automatically put the tip at 15% I personally like to leave the cash and it would not let me leave $ 0.00 on my card. I thinks it’s ridiculous that chili’s went this route with the machine I will most definitely never go back again.

Same quality you find in any other Chili’s. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and we enjoyed the Ziosk, we played trivia and had a good time, and payed the tab from it too. I just don’t think the should charge you extra $ 0.99 to use it. It should be included in the bill.

Went there last week for the first time. I liked the nachos and my BF liked his ribs. The only thing I can say bad is that the blueberry and pineapple margarita was way too expensive and way too low in tequila. For the price, it should have been loaded with alcohol, which it wasn’t. A nice place but nothing special and you can’t hate it or love it, you can certainly like it.

The Unilocal map location is wrong but the address is correct. The staff who met me at the door were listless and the lighting is horrible so it wasn’t promising. Our server was Christine and she was fun and nice. The food was OK, I like Chilis so I know what you get here, it was fresh and presented well.
Now the ladies bathroom… oh dear, horrors. Definitely if I’d seen it in the beginning I was out of there. Litter all over the floor and dirty.
So… A mixed review.

Went in with a group of colleagues last night while all on a business trip. We all needed itemized, separate checks and I was very impressed with our server and the team work of the other staff helping her out. I had buffalo wings and enjoyed them however most of the others weren’t overly impressed with there food and we agreed it was average for a chain restaurant. Everyone liked there drinks and the presentation of them. Will definitely stop in again next time I’m in town!

Good food, great servers and good margarita’s

Just average Americanized tex mex food. Nothing is amazing and everything is salty. I also remember many years ago this location gave me a frozen corn on the cob. Classy.

Yeah its Chilis. If you write one review they pretty much apply to all of them. The bartenders here are terrible. I sat down at the bar and I had an empty glass for over 15 minutes. When I finally got the guys attention, he came over and handed me a receipt and then walked away. It was my first and only beer that day, I paid and left.
