Pizza Hut

This past weekend was my second time ordering food from this place by carry out and I was very disappointed.
On my first visit, I walked in and ordered wings and waffle fries and the young lady at the register was excited that I didn’t order a pizza because she claimed that she was terrible at making them. All I could think was «You work at Pizza Hut… and you’re terrible at making pizzas?!». So… I avoided this Pizza Hut for months after hearing that comment.
This past weekend I decided to give this place another chance. I pre-​ordered online so that I could do another carry-​out for my food. Once I got there, they had forgotten to put in the brownie I ordered (I overheard them talking about it in the back). So I waited for my order to be completed and as I waited I watched a lady who had made an order at the store pick up her pizza before me, and another person pick up a pre-​order as well. So… I waited 25 minutes on top of my pick-​up time and I asked a young lady by the name of Amanda for an update of my order. Amanda was the only person there that was not only polite but also provided great customer service. She let me know that they had put in a cookie instead of a brownie, even though I heard them say that they forgot to put in the brownie in the oven. I went ahead and took the cookie because I just wanted to get out of there. I didn’t have the time to wait on a brownie. Amanda was very apologetic and put a $ 20 credit on my account, which I appreciate very much. I even saw their manager come up to the front but she never acknowledged my presence or offered to check on my order.
I really appreciate Amanda’s friendly and professional attitude. She’s a very sweet young lady. The disorganization and lack of quality customer care (except from Amanda) is enough to prevent me from coming back to this establishment. I really wanted to like this place by giving them a second chance, but I was just so disappointed after this second visit.

Good, cheap pizza. I’ve never gotten sick, which is always a plus, and they are pretty consistent in quality. They are actually much faster to get your food to you than the website says they will be. It tells you to expect then in 45 minutes and they show up in 20, so that is cool as long as you are home and fully clothed 25 minutes prior to the estimated time.

I don’t think that I have received a perfectly correct order to date yet here. Unless I’m ordering just a regular medium pepperoni. They typically make the time window as promised, but keep your order simple, especially when using the app. Or else you’ll end up with something wrong

My son has multiple food allergies and cannot have cheese. Devastating for someone who desperately wants to have pizza.
Pizza Hut makes cheeseless pizza. It’s even an option when ordering online.
You may think… Why bother eating pizza with no cheese? This pizza will make it downright tasty! We order 1 with cheese and 1 without and everyone in the family honestly likes both .
It would be nice if the Ramona location wasn’t mainly a take out place. We used to have a really good pizza Hut with a salad bar and all.

Pizza was great. …Disappointed With Virginia, she was not welcoming or friendly or helpful.
I did not know pizza hutt offer seasoned crusts till i saw the poster by the register and Inquired, they are available for no charge.
However a younger gentleman made up for virginias Uncommon courtesy. He was very curteous and offered plates and parmesan cheese before we left.

Impressed with the new menu options. Had the sriracha honey pizza. Made the kids a custom Hawaiian with white sauce and got some apple pies to boot. We all enjoyed the pizza! I love that ours was actually spicy! Pizza was hot and cooked just right. Service was friendly and the pizza was done when it said it would be done online. Would definitely go back :)

The young gentleman taking the order was very rude about adjusting an order. The worst way to respond to a customer is short answers like yep when they say please and thank you… And to have him shake his head several times like this was a big inconvenience. Someone prior must have pissed him off but you shouldn’t take it out on people like that! If you hate your job so much quit!

Was quoted one price… charged a different price:(When I talked to the manger she was less than capable of making an executive decision. Poor management.

My order got messed up and Mike was very apologetic and offered to make it right. I don’t normally review places like Pizza Hut but I wanted to make a shout out to Mike. Thanks again. :)

I like pizza hut because always is good, so we try pizza hut in ramona for first time and what surprise pizza so grease; we never going to eat again here.

We stop in occasionally when we have time to stay and eat. We don’t live in Ramona, but this place is a great place for pizza. We’ve always been happy with service and our food. They have seating and a nice bathroom plus the food is good and cheap. We’ve tried to go to other Pizza Huts, but they are take away/​delivery stores in scary strip malls with maybe a bench for someone waiting. This is a nice place with friendly staff. The view is not bad either with all the windows along the side near highway 67. We often have the dining area to ourselves as I don’t think people realize that there is actually a place to sit and eat your meal. No soda fountain, but you can get bottled sodas. Often we’re toting home a half drank liter of diet Coke. :)

Sick of this family of arse holes and there slow service and excuses. waste of time. Ind a new business like trash collection not food service. YOU ARE FECKEN USELESS. I called in the order.
Waited the time they estimated.
Went to the store to pick up and stood there for 12 min. before someone even recognized me. The managers name on the wall looked at me several times and kept goofing around. Very un-​professional probably should have said something but was kind amused at what was going on. Couldn’t believe it. Do no’t like domino’s as much as Pizza hut but will not go there again.

This was my first order being new to the area. I never got the food because I cancelled it after waiting over an hour.
I was not impressed.

Will never go back. We had a few mediocre experiences, then a terrible one. We were told 45 minutes for our pizza to be delivered. After an hour i called and was put on hold four times before speaking with anyone. At first they couldn’t find my order, then they said the guy had just left. It ended up taking almost two hours to get here. The pizza was cold, of course, and the wings tasted more like mild than hot (and I’m kind of a baby about hot food). I didn’t receive an apology when I called, and I gave feedback on the website, and never heard about it. I understand places get busy and mistakes are made, but it’s not ok when no one seems to care.

As every Pizza Hut, the product is perfect. The food is consistent (can’t say I’ve tried the wings) and delicious. Great portions — plenty of cheese, toppings, and truly, the pan crust is totally the best, IMHO. I have been in Ramona forever (before Pizza Hut moved to its current location – back when it was where Pepe’s Produce is now!) and I have had Pizza Hut deliver to my house dozens of times –always prompt, hot and yummy. The new deal ($ 10 for any large) is exceptional –the Pizza Hut «large» is actually still a big pizza, unlike other local pizza restaurants that have shrunk their pizzas (see my reviews). There might be some better-​sounding deals out there, but there is no better deal than Pizza Hut.
