I lost my only mailbox key — post office and HOA both claim they are not able to help and suggested calling a locksmith. I found Norm had great reviews on Unilocal and gave him a call. He said he could be here in 45 minutes and he was right on time, replaced the lock in no time and at a reasonable price. Very courteous and efficient — I would definitely use his service again if needed. Thanks Norm!

We just bought a new house and needed the locks rekeyed. He was early, courteous, and accommodating when we determined we also wanted a deadbolt installed. No complaints, even made sure our puppy didn’t get out while he was working!

Highly recommend!!! Norm came out on a Sunday, the day after 4th of July and was able to fix the lock on my home immediately. Clean cut, honest/​trustworthy, great service, and fair price. Norm is my locksmith for any/​all future needs.

Very impressed with the same day service! When Norm arrived, he asked all the right questions and quoted me for the work. I highly recommend Norm to anyone needing professional locksmith services. I’d met him through a work related issue several months back so I thought of him first when I needed the locks on my new home rekeyed. He arrived at the appointment time promptly (actually early!). I’d purchased a new keyed lock for the door between the garage and kitchen and needed the existing locks and the new lock keyed identically. He not only did that but also installed my new lock at no additional charge. It wasn’t a smooth installation, as the old door was aligned differently than the new lock but he made it work and look perfectly! And the final cost was less than the estimate. GREAT service and GREAT price!!!
