I pay attention to how my parents are treated by others. They use this pharmacy, and I am very pleased with how the pharmacy staff treats them.
I took Mom over there to pick up some prescriptions today. The pharmacist addressed my Mom by name and had polite conversation with her. She then asked Mom if she had got a flu shot yet, and turned to me and asked me the same question. The assistant at the register also knew Mom and was polite to her.
I appreciate that they treated her as something more than just another customer.
