Very rarely have prescriptions ready and are not able to answer questions in a timely manner. Under staffed and have never had something correct on the first try.

Today, I used the pharmacy because it was closer to the doctor’s office. Big mistake, I had to wait 30 minutes in order to get my prescription dispatch after receiving a text message one hour ago from the automatic pharmacy system service, telling me that my prescription was ready to pick up. I told the cashier that I was gonna use two methods of payment, the debit card for miscelaneous items and one expendable card for the prescription. Aparently this situation made the cashier upset and she told me in a rude tone that I could pay everything with one single form of payment. I was trying to explain her that I had to use two different methods of payment due to insurance coverage. Her respond toward me was very unprofessional: «Ok, fine». Terrible service, your responsibility is accommodate the clients needs, not to make the clients feel uncomfortable when receiving a service. I pay very a significant amount of money by month for my insurance, the less thing I need is to loose the previliegies of my insurance just because Walgreens decided for me the method of payment for my prescriptions. Please work on your costumer service area in the pharmacy area. Thanks.

The drive through pharmacy representatives are terrible. Most of the time they act as if they can’t see you and continue to hold conversations and laughing. If it was not a need and close to my home, I would not go back.

I really like this Walgreens. They’re super nice in the pharmacy and they have a good selection of merchandise in the store as well. It’s also one of the closest Redbox’s near my house!
