June 2016, contacted the company to remove a baby raccoon from my living space. Brett serviced my home so well, I heard the mother raccoon moving her family out eight hours after he treated the den area in my attic. Extremely pleased with the service from this company. Very professional and great customer service. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service from the company in removing the raccoon; however, I was just as pleased with the customer service from Brett! Highly recommend this company for any problems with unwanted wildlife.

Brett is so responsive. He came out the same day I called. Had an animal leaving very smelly excrement in yard that dog was rolling in. Brett showed up identified as a possum, set trap and in two days my smelly friend was on his way to a new home. Other places I had called said that they couldn’t identify from excrement and they would have to try different things. Brett knows animals and their habits. This makes the whole process faster and cost effective.

We have been dealing with a bat issue for years and the problem has persisted even after other «experts» tried to rid our house of bats. I found Urban Wildlife using a google search and couldn’t be happier. Brett and team were amazing from start to finish. He was responsive to emails and phone calls, and when he said he would be here he was here. Brett thoroughly looked over the house and explained the process for ridding our home of bats. After just 2 weeks, the bats are gone. If I could rate them a million stars I would — I can’t recommend this company enough and would use them again without hesitation.

Brett was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, and so nice. The price was reasonable for the work. He cleaned out a huge bird nest from ductwork in my attic, reattached the ductwork very well, and installed an inconspicuous screen over the vent to prevent birds from entering again. I highly recommend Brett and Urban Wildlife and Bee Removal.
