I wish I could give a negative star. This stupid digital change comes w an absurd amount of new cords. Isn’t working. Can’t get through to someone on the phone. If they are going to do unnecessary changes like this to keep up with other companies then put out a working product. After this rant I am immediately looking into a legit digital cable company. Don’t waste your time with time warner.

On the phone for over an hour — 1st call — was transferred to a random line that wasnt real — disconnected — ok tried again — basically told ok cancel your service — i dont care. and oh my manager isnt here so leave a message. Call 3 — finally got it almost taken care of after 40 minutes on the phone — guess what oops my internet goes down. Hmmm ok 4th call — oh i dont know what the other person could do for you but its going to cost you 120 a month. For cable and internet — so looking for a new cable company as soon as I can find one. I am gone after 7 years with them for 120 buck the upload speed better be a heck of lot faster than what we have know.

I have had it with this company, and will do everything in my effort to drop them in the near future. they suck… unfortunately, there are not a lot of choices right now, but that day will come… I would not have given any stars if I could have, one star is being generous, They have you with their so called bundle packages, try and work with their customer service, a bunch of robots, and that is only after you have been on the phone waiting for over a half hour… and confirmed your address, ss number etc. at least 3 times before they get you to the ‘right person’ .can you tell I am livid… they should be ashamed,
