I cracked the screen on my iPhone 5s again.
I was looking online for a place to get it repaired and saw this company on Unilocal.The reviews were so good I thought them almost unbelievable.
However as I write this review from my repaired iPhone I can say they should be believed!
I brought my phone in and John helped me right away.
There is an easy to read menu of prices so no surprises. The prices are all reasonable. Do the research of you must and you will come back with the same conclusion.
John looked at the screen, took it in the back and — even though I heard him answer at least 2 calls while he was there came back out with my phone — completely repaired in less than 20 minutes.
The waiting area is clean and comfortable.
He had to replace the screen and LCD. He showed me what the issues were on the broken one.
He suggested that I consider putting tempered glass on the front for an additional $ 14.99. Very reasonable price and seeing that I’ve dropped this twice now a good investment.
The phone looks great now and works like new.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing their phone repaired.

Dropped phone last night at miami airport on way to NC. Cracked screen :(Found this store at lunch time with new location in north Raleigh in shopping mall by Harris Teeter. Called first to see if it was really there and person who answered phone was courteous and happy to help.
I arrived minutes later to the new storefront.
Great guys and quick turnaround. 15 minutes to replace 5s screen. They did awesome job and I highly recommend this location. Very positive experience.
Give them some business and associate Josh Cooper was great and very helpful.
