I’ve been really excited to try this restaurant since it opened because it is so close to my apartment. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed. For the price, I expected a lot more. The sushi specialty rolls weren’t that creative compared to other sushi restaurants. I ordered the Szechuan prawns. The prawns were overcooked. Overall the meal was not very exciting and I would not go back to spend that much money.

We ordered to go food from Spring Rolls tonight and loved our entrees. The portions were a really good size for the price. The crab rangoons weren’t my favorite in Raleigh, they were a little small for $ 7. When I first walked in there wasn’t a hostess at the hostess stand, a server finally came up to help me. She did a great job cashing out my to go order although her conversation with the couple behind me was pretty unprofessional. She let them know she was not the hostess and actually had no clue where to seat them, she was going to guess and hope it was ok. The couple laughed, but she then proceeded to tell them she had no idea what she was doing and didn’t even know what menus to take them. I really hope the rest of the staff knows what they were doing, this was not a good first impression when walking in the door for this couple. This interaction caused me to only give four stars, food is excellent, just hopeful on my next visit that everyone knows what they are doing!

I’m a huge fan of Spring Rolls in general and am so excited to have them at this new location! Everything I’ve had at Spring Rolls has been top notch and reasonably priced. I’m also excited to see they’ve added a sushi bar at this location. Welcome to the neighborhood, Spring Rolls! We’re very happy to have a quality restaurant so close!

Dang you Spring Rolls in Wade Park!!! I wanted to love you, it’s about time the started putting some restaurants in Wade Park and I was excited for you to join. Less than a minute walk from where I live I was ready for a go to spot within strolling distance. Sadly I was disappointed with the food; spring rolls were ok pretty basic seasoned cabbage and veggies. I also ordered a shrimp pad Thai but opened the box to a seafood pad Thai. There was nothing pad Thai about the flavorless noodles and mush I forced myself to try a few bites of. Please for the love of god figure it out and make good food!
