My husband and I have been looking to relocate to the Raleigh area from Northern VA. We came down a few times before really making the decision and met with Shruti each time. Shruti is a Raleigh native and knew so much, not just about Raleigh but all the surrounding towns. We were not sure where we exactly wanted to be yet so we drove around everywhere, literally! She took us around town and really showed us the ins and outs, she also has snacks in her car which is a huge plus since this process can be long and hunger strikes! We finally ended up in Holly Springs and did new construction home to build our dream home. We were glad to have Shruti on our side and working for us, we could tell she was really working for us and truly cared, every step of the way. She came to all our meetings from contract, design center, construction, home inspection, and to the final walk through. This was our first home and we didn’t know what to expect and what our next steps should be and Shruti was amazing during the entire process always keeping us one step ahead of the curve and always prepared (always had our file handy!). She patiently walked us through each process. She even had great resources around the area from inspectors, painters, moving company and so on. We used her recommendations and they turned out just as great as her! We are now in our new home and she has done a great job with following up with us to make sure things have been going well. As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home can be overwhelming.
