Rob was supposed to do some work on my home this morning. I spent time last night doing the prep work. I expected him to arrive at around 10AM. Our agreement was clearly spelled out in writing over email. It is now almost 12:30. He has not returned any of my messages. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

We used Rob for patching dry wall and painting after we had recessed lights installed. He did a great job, had work done pretty fast, and the price was fair. We have referred friends to use him, and they have all been pleased with his work as well. We will definitely be using him again for future projects!

Rob did a great job prepping and painting my master bedroom. I told him upfront that I like clean lines on the trim and he made them perfect. He showed up at 730AM right when we agreed and worked non-​stop until the job was finished. Payment was quick, painless, and a great value. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We reached out to Rob a few weeks ago for a kitchen project. He informed us that he would arrive at 8 AM on a Saturday to begin the work. We contacted him on Friday night to confirm that he was still on target to begin the work and he replied that he would be here in the morning. After getting up early and spending about an hour prepping the kitchen and getting two small children ready, 8:30 rolled around and we had not heard from him. After reaching out multiple times, he finally responded at around 10:30 explaining that he was busy doing another job.
Although we were annoyed, he seemed sincere in his desire to continue a good working relationship and agreed to come at 8 AM during the week. The night before, we confirmed that he was still coming and I took the day off to meet with him. It is currently 11 AM and we have yet to hear from him after emailing, texting and leaving a voice mail. I recommend that you contact someone else as we are now forced to do.
