Raleigh Pool & Spa

Still waiting for reimbursement for electrician and pool supplies. we are frustrated but not surprised!

We went to Raleigh Pool and Spa in search of supplies for our pool table. The bollards section is almost non-​existent, the showroom is dingy, and the salespeople were uninterested in greeting much less than helping us. Store is in an unsafe area of Raleigh. We got out of there as quickly as we could and we will not be back.

We’ve made 2 purchases from Raleigh Pool and Spa. We purchased a pool and later a hot tub. Both of the products we purchased we have been well pleased with and would buy again. Our problem is the level of service.
When we bought out pool it was not installed as promised. The we had a problem with the liner upon installation during filling. It leaked. They claimed there was not way the liner was leaking. It finally took a mfg rep out to say we had a bad liner. When they came to install the liner the pool had to be drained. The techs left the pump running to drain the pool and left the premises. It did not have an auto shutoff and I found it still running when I returned home. We had numerous problems with the caps popping off on the uprights. The mfg rep found that they were installing the wrong caps.
Our hottub showed a leak within the first 30 days of installation and now the radio is not working.
For all instances it takes numerous calls from us – we seldom get a return call — to get someone out to look at the problems we are having. Right now we are working on the radio. It was called into them 8 days ago. We have had promises of call backs and each day we have to call them to be told we will be called back. We were told today that the tech will be out tomorrow. No one called to confirm that this was doable for us. We had to call — the tech was suppose to call yesterday — to find this out. There are always excuses! This gets extremely annoying.
We do, eventually, get everything fix but it shouldn’t have to be this way!
