I have been going to Premier for quite some time now for fillers(which I prefer over botox). I tried this place out after my friend got her laser lipo done there, and have been going back ever since. I’ve never been a fan of my lips, but the filler does wonders! I’m very anxious about doctors, medial settings, and procedures, but Dr. Lutz is always patient with me – the staff always does an excellent job to make sure I’m comfortable, that I understand the steps and processes involved with the procedure, and the fact that Dr. Lutz is board certified was assuring, as well.

I wish there was a zero star or sucks category in Unilocal! Through a groupon deal, I purchased a hair removal deal for 1000 bucks for 6 times visit at the CARY location. Although the rep was really good at customer service and tried to treat me well, hair removal never worked at all. It was only pain n no gain at all. The hair was just shaved and I have no clue what the machine was supposed to do. I did everything as they said with the appointments and followed everything for permanent laser hair removal procedure. I was suspicious about the process after my 3rd visit itself and saw that the hair was just growing back as it was earlier. On question the rep, she said it is working and the treatment is working and after 6 appointments it should be clean. I believed her and continued with the treatment. On my final 6th visit, when I again question the rep that the treatment is not working as expected and am not at all happy with it, she says I need to purchase 6 more visits but they can offer me at the groupon price. DANG! total rip off. It is just waste of money. They have fake or really old equipment. They just create an illusion and they are doing a good job. Nothing worked for me and I just wasted 1000 bucks. The hair is just as it was before the treatment. All it gave me was skin rash and burn. Rather than getting this treatment I should have donated that money and would have felt really satisfied. When I visited another place, they said I am the perfect candidate for laser hair removal and would see the results in just 2 treatments and should have my hair removed by 5 treatments. Its true that if they use the latest equipment its an easy process and result oriented. Premier Aesthetics of CARY is just a SHAM. Save your money people by not going there.

Run from this place!!! They are horrible! They also go under the name pure med spa. I have had to personally go in to get any of my appointments booked. Noone ever answers the phone or returns your calls. I bought a year unlimited thru them and have only had one appointment. The second 2 appointments were canceled by them only and hour before my appt time due to broken machines. Then they are booked out for another 30 plus days screwing up my timing of laser which needs to be done every 4 – 6 weeks to be effective. What is the point of a year unlimited if they can never get you in??? Also the one appt they actually kept had me in and out in less than 30 min for the entire lower body. I have had laser on my bikini and underarms at reputable places in the past and it takes much longer to do it right. Pure med spa rushes you in and out, not doing a thorough job. Google this place and do your home work. I wish I had. Nationwide people have nothing but problems with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would– I don’t even have the time or energy to write all of the bad things that I’d like to point out… for starters: NEVER answer their phone– if you try to leave a message, their mailbox is full and it hangs up on you. How the hell are we supposed to book appointments that I’ve PREPAID for?(because trust me, if I hadn’t prepaid, they would NOT be seeing me again!) The staff is RUDE. I would always come at least 10 min early to my appointments, just in case. I wouldn’t even be acknowledged when I came in unless I made a point to get someone’s attention. Then, I wouldn’t be led back into the patient room for my appointment until at least 20 min after my scheduled time. Also, they’re so damn booked up(I really wonder how these people even got ahold of them to make appointments) that you can’t schedule anything unless it’s about 3 months in advance– so God forbid something comes up and you have to cancel, good luck getting back in for your session any time within half a year. probably the worst and most shocking of all: I was getting laser hair removal, and they give you numbing cream to put on your skin beforehand. The technician leaves the room while you put it on– she left the tub of cream on the counter while I put it on and I noticed that it was about 2YEARSEXPIRED… So obviously the active medical numbing ingredients didn’t even work! so ridiculous JUSTAWFUL. not police, not prompt, not reasonable.

Premier Aesthetics is only in Raleigh now, not Cary. Dr Lutz is fabulous and nothing but honest when giving smart lipo consults. Her professionalism is very impressive and you feel very comfortable. I highly recoend the ultherapy in this office, I’ve done my face, neck and lips and although the results aren’t fully complete until 3 months, and it’s only been 2, my lip lines are almost not noticeable anymore. I can’t wait to see the complete results in one more month, my face and neck are already improving as well. This office is very thorough and I’ll be back for more!!! Very satisfied!

Absolutely horrible customer services. The first 4 or 5 sessions I had with them were fine. They seemed very professional and like they knew what they were doing. When I came to the 5th session, it was another technician there from another office who once she looked at what they were doing — said the previous technician had been using the completely wrong instruments on me and that I needed to reschedule because they didnt have that piece of equipment available at that time. I went to reschedule a few weeks later and all I get are voice mail boxes. I like many people had purchased the $ 150 livingsocial deal and am now out $ 150(I purchased two and was about to start my second deal). PLEASE dont spend your money on any kind of promotional deal with this company.

I bought a coupon through living social in July and was NEVER able to reach the place. I tried the phone number listed on the living social coupon — it was disconnected! I emailed the contact provided — email bounced right back. I thought they were out of business! I went to their website and called that number — got voicemail, no matter what time of day or day of the week I called. I left messages that were never returned. I emailed them through their websit and they never replied. I contacted them through facebook and they never replied. Luckily living social was able to refund my money. I believe they have some type of scam going, preselling services and making it impossible to redeem those services. I have never seen such a complete indifference and lack of customer service.

I got a Groupon from this place for 6 laser hair removal sessions and I’m writing this review so other people can avoid making the same mistake. It took me 3 weeks of repeated calling to get my first appointment scheduled. They use the oldest laser equipment I’ve ever seen. I’ve had laser hair removal before, so this was intended to be a touch-up, but I’ve had 2 of the 6 sessions and it has done nothing. Granted, the second session was a woman who did about 5 minutes of laser and then acted like she was done. I had to ask her to do the entire area, which she did a poor job of. There is one technicican there who does a good job, but I don’t know her name. Overall, I’d advise anyone to look elsewhere for laser hair removal because this place is crappy and a waste of money.

Awful customer service. –They are TERRIBLE at returning phone calls. I got a Groupon for laser hair removal with this business, and I called them almost immediately. Understandably, their lines were busy because they had sold so many Groupons, but I waited and called them later that evening and left a message. After a few days, they hadn’t called me back, so I had to call them again to set up my first appointment. –At the first appointment, they were welcoming and were able to answer all of my questions– this earns them a star. However, I felt rather rushed through the process. At the end of the appointment, I went to another room to set up my next appointment and give them my contact information. I put the date and time of my appointment as I was sitting right in front of them so I was sure I would not forget it. –Then comes my second appointment. 9am on a Wednesday. I arrive at the office at 8:55, and the front door is locked and all of the lights are off in the empty waiting room. The catch is that the business hours are listed on the door: Opens at 8am. Hmmm. really? Because you definitely aren’t open! While I sat outside waiting, another patient approached because he had an appointment as well. Someone finally let us into the waiting room, and I was soon called back. The woman told me that their computer systems were down and she wasn’t able to pull up my information, so I had to update her on how many sessions I had, where I was getting them, etc. She put me in a room, where I waited for about 10 minutes. When she came back, she said that I wasn’t listed as having an appointment that morning… really? I’m positive I set this. She asked if I had received a confirmation e-mail from them… nope, I haven’t. But she did my session anyways. Then we went back to her office and she had my e-mail wrong in her computer, but still didn’t have me on her schedule… well nothing we can do about that now. –So, we set up our next appointment. That morning comes, and I wake up with the flu. I try to get ready and drive out to Six Forks, but my body just wasn’t having it, so I called their office. No answer. I leave a message, letting them know that I am ill and I need to reschedule my appointment, and for them to call me back as soon as possible to set that up. It’s been a month… still haven’t heard anything. I’m not sure if they think that I am just a «Groupon» customer, so they don’t need to treat me right, but I assure you that I will not be recommending them to any of my friends in the future.
