Precise Pest Control

These folks absolutely rock!
Timing could not have been better when a gentleman from Precise knocked at my door. Out of sheer frustration with my current provider, I took a chance with Precise about 2 years ago.
Best decision I’ve made for pest control! They solved the spring/“flying ant” problem. Service is right on time each quarter, they fix and prevent issues and products are pet friendly.

I wanted to be fair with this company so I wanted to update this review. Shorty after this post I was called by a lady who works for the company an asked to describe what happened, I told her how the guy who did my pest control form told me this was a one time charge at a discounted rate. She told me she was shocked to hear this since he (the guy who sold this to me) would lose the money he made saying me the policy (shorty after this phone call I looked the company up and found out on the BBB that the same thing happened to another family the same day this happened to me). She told me a manger would call me soon and asked we what I wanted to do about the work they had already done, I told her I am not paying I didn’t authorize it. So a manger called me a few days later and told me they were trashing the contract and I would not be charged from them again!!! The only questionable thing that happened after this call was that the $ 150 charge on my account from them never dropped off, so I disputed it through my credit card company and had the money refunded. Don’t know if this was done on purpose or not because we never discussed this. But either way it was resolved and rather quickly, I got all of my money back that was not authorize to be charged and everyone on there staff I talked to was kind and helpful!!!

Received a door bell plus a several hard door knocks in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. I greeted the salesman, politely refused the offer and asked him to leave but this guy (name starts with a letter m) put his foot on the front door still kept trying for me to sign up. I literally had to push him out of my door! Had my neighbor not being outside and staring at him he could’ve gone inside my home and forced me to switch!
Look I have no beef with door to door sales (in fact most of the services I get are from door to door) but if you’re this pushy, I don’t care how much better your service offers or how much cheaper (in a short term) than your rivals I ain’t gonna be doing business with you. Simple as that.
Train your sales with different strategies! Hard work pays off but hardball doesn’t!
