Port City Java

The coffee is okay, the snacks/​food were bland, the prices were ridiculous — seven dollars for a mostly ice iced coffee and cardboard tasting oatmeal; I just had a steak sandwich for lunch on Hillsborough street for roughly the same price.
This place is on campus, so it’s super convenient and the coffee does the job if that’s what you need but if you’re grabbing lunch or have any interval of time to walk down to Hillsborough, do it.

Would you like some syrup with your coffee? Over priced coffee, snacks, and «sandwiches» for anyone trying to blow their money on an underwhelming and dissatisfying product. The service is nice, but for $ 8 I got a small Chai tea and a pretzel/​hummus snackpack. Simply ridiculous. If it weren’t for the convenience factor and me wanting to save on time by staying in the building to study for an exam I was taking in the same location, I would never ever ever buy anything from this place. If you have an extra 15 minutes, save yourself the money and get a MUCH more filling and satisfying meal from Subway or Chipotle located on Hillsborough Street.
