Panda Wok

Very good for take out Chinese. Have been going there for a few years now and the only complaint is long delivery wait and I live literally 3 mins away. But that’s not going to stop me from ordering with them. The food is fresh and hot! Good taste. My daughter loves the steamed dumplings and the General Tso is very good!

No customer service issues like those stated below, and delivery took approximately 30 minutes. Very happy with our decision to order from Panda Wok– we will definitely order and choose the delivery service again.

We ordered Mongolian Beef, Chicken and Broccoli, Pork Lo Mein, and Crab Rangoon. I gave this 2 stars because the Crab Rangoon had absolutely NO crab in it. It was hot cream cheese. On the other hand the food was good… average American Chinese food.

Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Still waiting on the food. I will send another review if and when the food arrives.

Favorite dish is the vegetable lo mien noodles. Quick delivery. Dumpling were soggy and not something I’d order again.

Ordered from them once before and they delivered right to my door. I just placed another order with them online. I quickly received a call saying they could not deliver my order because I lived too far away. I explained that they had delivered to my address before. They were still unable to deliver my order. I’m 4.5 miles from them!!! It’s unfortunate that I’m they will no longer have me as a customer. I really enjoyed the food the first time I ordered from them as well as the convenience of ordering online.

Everyone has their «thing» when judging a Chinese place — my «thing» is the dumplings. They get 4 stars but here’s why…
The dumplings — they are good but what takes it over is the sauce they provide you with! It’s delicious! Perfect combination of tang, sweet, and salty!
I saw that there were a lot of complaints about customer service and the time it took for delivery — but I can’t really complain about either! We ordered the food online so no rudeness there and yes it definitely took about an hour but if you take in to consideration the time that they have to cook the food and bring it out to you, then I can’t blame them for taking that long. At least you know your food is freshly prepared!
The ONLY complaint that we have is that both times when we ordered Chicken Chow Mein they brought us Chicken Chop Suey — sadness — but everything else has been stellar.

I mean, it’s pretty decent Chinese food, fairly priced, they deliver, and you don’t have to leave your couch… need I say more?

We have ordered from them multiple times and always enjoy the food. Usually pick up because delivery time is outrageous. Placed an order this evening for delivery because I just didn’t feel like going out anticipating to wait about an hour. An hour after I placed my order they called me asking me to come pick it up and made up all kinds of excuses as to why. First it was because they’re busy, then we live too far even though they’ve delivered to us before, and then they blamed the weather! (It’s raining) I’ve never felt the need to write a Unilocal review before but this was just ridiculous. They could have let me know a lot sooner that they couldn’t deliver to me for whatever reason, but they chose to wait OVER AN HOUR. Like I said the food is always decent but after tonight I will find Chinese from somewhere else.

Food is good for being take out. Service is okay. The young man that took my order was pleasant. Will order from here again, but suggest that you do pick it up yourself.

Delivery takes more than 1.5 hours to get here when I live 4 miles away. I call them to ask about my order and they yell at me like what I’m saying is ludicrous.
Screw this place. Forever.

The food quality is good but they suck at customer service !
They act like they are doing us a favor… wake up fast or your gonna loose more customers !

A lot of negative reviews and complaints about the delivery times being a bit longer than desired… Well, yes. That does seem to be something that they could improve on and maybe one day they will. I always do pick-​up for this reason, and the food is pretty good. Never had a problem with that, which matters most at the end of the day if you know what I mean :)
Delivery shouldn’t take 40 minutes or an hour but it is what it is. If somebody is in a rush, seek other options (pizza!)

Always takes about 1:15 minutes to deliver to us. Ridiculous.

We waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When we called at the hour point it was «on its way». When it did get here it was cold. Mediocre food and horrible customer service. We have been ordering from them for a year since it’s close, but it is time for us to find a new Chinese delivery place. The staff couldn’t care less about their customers.

Their food isn’t bad and it’s reasonably priced, but man they suck at customer service. We have been ordering delivery from them for several years. During that time they have lost our online order twice (even though a confirmation email was sent) and then lied to us on the phone about it. Both times I called to see what was going on and was told by the lady that «it’s on its way.» Bull. The first time 20 minutes later we received our food. Considering they are about 5 minutes away from our house that tells me they had to make the food. This last time we waited another half hour, and still nothing. I called back and spoke to some other guy and he told me they never received my order. I told them they needed to change their online ordering system then, and stop lying to people who call to ask about their orders.
Oh, and when the food FINALLY arrived (at least an hour and a half after I placed the order) they didn’t bother to comp anything on the bill. So wait, I paid full price to wait that long for what I can only describe as ‘adequate’ Chinese food and you still charged me full price?!
I am usually willing to give people a second chance, and I did with these guys. But that was it. They have lost my business.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Cold food, bland taste no flavor. And to top it off awful service! Never coming back

The food isn’t bad when they can get the order correct and do not have to keep driving back out to fix it. Also they have the worst customer service. I understand if u can’t make a delivery but don’t let someone place their order take their card info and then call them and say we can’t deliver 20 min later. They seem to have slipped and the whole thing is being poorly run.

I ordered from here last night. The food is nowhere near NY Chinese food, but it’s not bad either. I was okay with it until I found a few black hairs in my food and got so sick to my stomach that I threw it all out. For crying out loud, please wear hear nets.

We usually have good experiences with Panda Wok and just like other reviewers have mentioned the food is not excellent but its not the worst either.
Recently we have unfortunately not had good experience.
We received the wrong order with a very low portion after paying extra money for more chicken. We called to let them know and they apologized and said they would re-​do our order for next time on the house. We took them up on the offer and ordered the same meal again– the taste was fine and they did have the extra chicken included in the order (as we usually have). Upon pick-​up the owner was very rude about us picking up this «complimentary order». We asked for a side of chili oil and the lady yelled saying the order is free and if you are not going to pay for the order than you dont get the chili oil. The mistake was on their part so it was unfortuante that she got upset with us. We have been long time customers of theirs with no complaints but will probably begin to look for a new place to get our Chinese Take-​Out.
Anyways the food is usually decent but the service recently has gone down. They also have their children at the cash register or answering the phone to take orders and sometimes their kids mess up the orders.
The food is good, service is not up to par.

Like the other reviewers have said, this place is not the best, but definitely not the worst. I like their general tso (sp?), boneless spare ribs and moo shu chicken. They are quick and reasonably priced. There really isn’t any customer service there… just take your money and hand you your food. Sometimes, they even have their 9 y/​o son (at least he looks 9) taking orders and running debit cards…
All-​in-​all it’s the best Chinese takeout in the area.
