The place is clean. And there is a nice décor. A not many seats for eating. And the problem with the female employees. They like to look at males while waiting on females. Talk back rude and run away a couple of times while waiting on customers. Yell and interrupt, rush to get rid of, They overcharged us. And would not do anything for us. We got a refund on the purchase. Talk back rude. We were tired of the rude people. The employees ran away when saw us. We had to ask them to come back and finish the job. We had to ask them to wait on us. The prices are reasonable.

We go to the Jet’s on Wake Forest Road. The majority of my family like their rectangular pizza. I always order the vegetable speciality pizza. We will keep on ordering from them.

I’m obsessed with jets pizza so I hate to give this place such a bad rating — but this strictly applies to this location. There were about 10 people on staff standing around texting and 1 poor girl(Kylie — I asked) doing all the work for the 10 minutes I was there, but that was beside the point. I was more concerned about worker I witnessed count money at the counter then go straight to touching a customer’s pizza with his bare, dirty hands. If he would do this in plain site of customers, I don’t want to know what happens in the other areas. I attempted to call corporate while I was there, but the office was closed. I’ll be calling tomorrow. Drive the few extra miles for the location on wake forest road — great experience there every time.

I am genuinely surprised that there are so many good reviews for this place but I think I’m partially to blame for thinking I was going to find a good New York style pizza at a joint that is known for Chicago style pies. I can’t speak to the thick crust but if you’re a yankee looking for a slice of home — keep looking: you’re not going to find it in Jet’s New York style pizza, which tastes like a less good version of Costco’s frozen pizza. And the thin crust pie definitely has a cardboard /frozen pizza texture. I am truly of the opinion that there’s no such thing as bad pizza but Jet’s New York style and thin crust pizzas comes close. However! Delivery was fast and the driver was courteous!

The pizza was ok, good enough while I was out & about running errands, but the service is horrible. This place is being run by teenagers with no customer service skills whatsoever. As this was my first visit, I was reviewing the menu. As I started to place my order I was VERY rushed. When I went back up front for a fork/knife, at least 3 employees saw me and made no effort to come up front. One was eating the cheese straight out of the container, without gloves! Run for the hills my friends!

Two stars may be a bit generous. The crust was silky slimy smooth, which was unnerving. The sauce was very sweet and the cheese was rubbery. So why two stars? Why any at all? Well, they have flavored crust, they have online ordering and they were very fast. Considering how fast they were though, it was also cold.

Well… where should I start. Small pizza that is average at best. The sauce is watery and the pizza is 90% bread. Enough about the pizza. The wings are a complete joke!!! I’ve never seen a smaller wing in my life. The sauce was awful and there was enough meat on 5 Jet’s wings to make a normal size wing. Save your $$ and go somewhere else

If you like bread you will LOVE Jet’s Pizza! It’s about 96% bread and 4% toppings. I will have to admit the bread/crust is pretty good but the lack of toppings and the expense makes it a total rip in my opinion. I ordered their deep dish pizza… and when I received it I could barely tell there was any cheese on the thing at all. I mean it’s like a microscopic layer of cheese and barely any sauce either. The pepperonis are sliced finger nail thin and there aren’t many of them… the jalapeño’s I ordered were also sliced so thin and there were so few of them they almost disappeared from the heat of the oven. The only other topping I ordered were onions and Jet’s dices the onions until each remaining piece is about the size of a piece of sand… really weird… never seen tiny diced onions on a pizza but I think its just another way for them to give you as little as possible. The total price was almost 20 dollars delivered and that was JUST for the large pizza with only 3 measly toppings! Wow. And that’s before tip! Total rip… but if you have deep pockets and like bread… go for it! If you want a really good pizza that is not from one of the big chains and at a fair price with great bunches of chunky toppings and delicious flavored crust try Hungry Howies. And I don’t work for them… I have no connection… just a MUCH better deal and much better pizza.

Excellent pizza with friendly young staff. Must try the square pizza with turbo crust! Don’t go to the near by Little Caesars they are awful.

The food was great as expected from this store. The staff was genuinely friendly, flirty even ;). The manager was super helpful, even gave looked up directions to a self serve yogurt place near by. Yummmm! You must try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Pizza is pretty good for chain type pizza. The salad was awful and the boneless wings were mushy. The teenagers they have working here need some training on how to be in customer service. They stand there and stare at you until you practically have to wave your arms in front of their face to get any kind of response.

Always great customer service. One night we called around 9:45 and despite them closing at 10, they still delivered. We love their sicilian pizza. Great dough/crust! Their wings and salads are also pretty good!

Jet’s is Detroit style and I would compare their pizza somewhat to Little Caesars. Not the highest quality ingredients, but filling and in-expensive. Two large slices and a drink for around $ 5. My favorite is still the NY style, but Jet’s made for a decent and fast lunch break.

We were promised our pizza within 45 minutes, but received it over 1.5 hours later. The food was not even ordered on the weekend or a football night! Apparently the delivery guy was outside of my place and forgot our salad. Instead of giving us the pizza and going back to get the salad, he left. The manager was not responsive when we called about how long it was taking. So in the end, we got mediocre pizza that was cold. When I complained to corporate, I was emailed a response stating that each Jet’s is individually owned and that I should get a response from that particular owner, but I have yet to receive anything. I wouldn’t be so upset if our food wasn’t almost $ 40! We ordered pizza, wings, and salad. I’ll just stick with Papa John’s. It tastes better anyway.

Pizza done the right way. With $ 5 ready made deals from larger chains, Jet’s stays in the game by offering daily specials that are hard to beat. If you buy by the slice between 11 and 4, it’s BOGO. That’s lunch for today AND tomorrow ! I’ve only had the thick crust(is there any other kind)? And it’s buttery goodness is enough to keep me coming back. The only thing that doesn’t get a 5 is the greeeeezyness of the crust. It makes me feel like a sinner. If you need to feed the masses, this is where you go. With a place like Jet’s, there’s no reason to eat 5 dollar cardboard from the super chains. Try it. You’ll like it.

Jet’s has the best pizza of any large pizza chain. The deep dish and NY thin crusts are great– always just crispy and golden, never overcooked or chewy– the people who make the pies are not stingy with the toppings, and the deals make it so two of us can have a full meal and leftovers for around $ 15. Plus, Jet’s ranch dressing is perfect, and I am extremely picky about my ranch.

I was in the mood for a Stromboli today so ordered their version: a boat. It’s massive. It comes with butter slung over it so it’s all greasy. The crust is very crunchy and I liked it. I’m interested in ordering a pizza in the future to take home for dinner.

Their pizza and wings are the best in town. Delivery is fast. I order almost every week. Deep dish pizza and plain wings.

I went into this pizza restaurant because I parked near Debbie’s Hallmark and the smell of the pizza drew me to Jet’s. They also have a special, buy one piece, get one free, so I said why not? I got two pieces of rectangular pepperoni pizza for just under $ 2.00. I think it was $ 1.96 for both. The pizza tasted great. It was fresh out of the oven, not too much sauce, not too much cheese, just the right amount of pepperoni. Yum, I am a fan & will certainly return. They also have a jetzee sub advertised for $ 5.49 with grilled chicken that looks great in the flyer. I won’t say it is New York pizza, but it is delicious pizza for a very reasonable price.
