Outstanding service from Invisible Fence today. The control box was beeping and flashing red when returned from the YMCA at 11 A.M. this morning. We called Invisible Fence for a service call to determine the problem. We were told to expect a service man around 2PM. But WOW — service man arrived at 11:15!!! He said a wire might be broken causing the problem. He found a broken wire on the fence in the backyard — cause of break unknown but suspect an animal(raccoon or possum) may have chewed on it. Problem was repaired by 11:40 A.M. OUTSTANDINGSERVICE. Update on the collar issue we had, collars were replaced in Jan 2014. No problem since replacement. I would like to thank Vance and his service team. A well trained team that provides great service.
