I had an appointment at 1pm with Sue and she never showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called the office and they said they would text her. No one ever called me back, and after 50 minutes of waiting I called and cancelled the appointment. I understand that things happen, traffic happens, etc, but why should I be making the phone calls to find out what happened to the woman? This was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company based on this experience. What a waste of time!

We used Gotcha Covered for our new home that badly needed window coverings! We went into the store to browse their products, set up a consultation with Ted Browne — he was helpful in making suggestions and narrowing down our options. 2 weeks later, we have blinds installed we’re very happy with! Their prices seem competitive with other similar companies. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used Gotcha Covered Raleigh’s services and referred them to my clients over the years. They’ve always done a great job and everyone has been pleased with thier services and surprised that they can compete with the Big Box stores. If you’re looking for window fashions, Ted Browne is your guy!
