I found myself shopping at Dollar General for some items as they were a couple of blocks from where I lived, and closer than Wal-​Mart. I have to admit that some of their prices are very inexpensive on items. When I was looking for those shelf liners and contact paper I found them here and way cheaper than Wally World.
Prices on the cleaning supplies were a good deal. Even if you are the type that compares price per ounce, not just look and say, «Wow a $ 1» you will find great prices on item.
I am not going to lie and say everything is the best price here, or best quality because it is not, but you will find good deals.

What will happen to those gift bags at Christmas? Birthday? That’s right, nothing! Then why in blazes are you spending $ 5 – 6 dollars apiece at a card store or some other place? Let’s face it – the bag is to hide what’s inside. And once the goods are discovered, who’s paying attention to that bag you bought?!
That’s right — no one. So spend more money on the goods and save money on the cover-​up by getting your gift bags and other similar goodies at Dollar General. There’s no shame in $ 1 or $ 2 gift bags. Or $ 3 Liquid Plumber. In fact, you can find more of your everyday needs for less at Dollar General. In this economy, we can all use that!
