I’m not a big fan of Dakota watches, but I’ll go to this mall kiosk occasionally to have batteries replaced. I don’t think the receipt specifies this, but all batteries come with a year warranty.
I’ve never waited too long for a battery swap.
Bonus fact: All watch stores set the display watches to 10:10 so that they appear to be smiling and don’t hide the company’s logo.
