The 1st time I dropped my clothes off, Sharon, the owner, entered a description of each of my clothes into her desktop & printed a copy for me. She kept accurate records & paid me with receipts to show what items had been sold. The 2nd time, she didn’t bother to inventory anything, told me to leave the clothes & would email me info, which she never did. I however took notes myself of what I was leaving with her. At the end of the season, she couldn’t find some of my clothing, she said that they must have been stolen & showed no concern. I read off the descriptions & wasn’t leaving til she found them, oh and they did! They were in the back room! Not only do I not trust this woman & her sleezy attitude but her lack of inventory leaves her room for profit at my expense. So be weary of Sharon if you chose to do business with her.

I’m torn on this review between giving them a 3 or a 4 star. Cliff Notes version: Nice staff, Designer(read, no clothing for the fluffy women) Clothes, good quality, for less than retail, not a fan of the organization in the store(by color, not size, UGH!). More detailed review: here’s why i wanted to give them 3 stars: Organization: All the clothes are beautifully grouped in color. But I hate clothes shopping by color. There’s nothing more frustrating than having to plow through a WHOLERACK of clothes and digging through to find the tag to find out if it’s something even close to your size only to be dejected that the cute little top you hold in your hand in a size 2. :D The other reason I was thinking 3 star was because this store is completely useless to me, a plus size woman who hates spending excessive amounts on money for«designer» crap. But here’s why i decided they deserved 4 stars. 1. Staff are super friendly and helpful here. There were no judgmental glances of «Hey plus size chic, what are you doing in the skinny person store?» 2. They have a nice selection of clothes, in good condition. And while I thought the prices were high(saw a cute shurg… for $ 69 *mouth drops*), I also realize they are«designer» labels that sell for way more than what you would be paying here. 3. They have achieved their goals:* a. Sell used clothing that is classy, trendy and still looks good: Achieved b. Sell designer clothing for less than it retails: Achieved c. Have a wide variety/selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories: Achieved. * I always get frustrated with people who«yell» in their reviews about businesses not having what they want. As my hubbie says, don’t look for a hot dog in a donut shop. Review based on what they say they do and if they do it successfully, not on what you wish they’d do. My point on this little rant is, I didn’t care for the store b/c they didn’t have anything that would cover my above average figure, however they don’t advertise they have plus size clothing, so i can’t really be sad they don’t have it. In fact the reality is they are there to sell«designer» clothing, and the reality is most designer clothing isn’t going to make something past a 12, if they even go that high. So, then the question is, did they successfully achieve their goals? Yes, yes they did. 4. The store is fun, bright, and has a lot of variety in their clothing and accessories, for trendy yet classy corporate woman to clothes for a sexy, but classy night out on the town.
