I know you have your business interests in mind but not so much the tenants! there are so many issues … most recently the police activity this past week– multiple police cars with homeland security people as well. as well as Sunday’s plumbing issues: toilet was like a geyser and tub backed up so that it filled itself almost full with brown sludge. trying to get ready to go to work and no toilet available! had to leave the apartment to find a bathroom. no, this property does not seem ready for habitation…

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and sadly it’s gone down hill. When Bell managed the property things were amazing, work orders done correctly the first time. Staff was always very helpful. Now that PRG manages the complex things have gone down hill. Several maintenance request would be left undone for days or they leave a note telling you how to fix or rig up whatever has gone wrong. Sadly doesn’t matter if you call, email or even walk up to the office when you complain or have an issue because it doesn’t get fixed. I’ve also notice that most of the office staff are good about just apologizing repeatedly in the hopes of making you go away. Honestly for the money you pay here you could find either a house to rent or a better complex that actually follows thru with their promises. Avoid if possible!!!
