Bee & Bee Heating and Air Conditioning

We had just bought a house with major problems with the HVAC. The venting was original 70s vintage, corroding, brittle, and falling apart. There was a 15 degree difference between upstairs and downstairs during the inspection, and the AC was spilling into the attic and crawlspace. We also needed a new heat pump, and wanted to zone the house. Major job.
We had 2 estimates prior to hiring Bee & Bee during the due diligence period. We heard about Bee and Bee through our contractor friend and they were highly recommended. After we closed, we contacted Marcus (owner) and he gave us a free estimate. His estimate was THOUSANDS below our other estimates, without knowing the other estimates.
Marcus and his team was prompt and courteous, and replaced/​fixed our entire HVAC system. The job was done in a timely manner, and we got an upgraded A/​C unit, the zoning, new thermostats, and duct testing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our house has been maintaining rock solid temperatures since the installation. Marcus also took the time to show how to run the new system.
