I Picked up my parents from the airport and we chose to go to a familiar favorite from back home in Va… boy did we make a mistake! Over processed, cold, and below average at best! Waitress was nice… not her fault food was bad! $ 120 wasted and left hungry… nobody ate their meal. I had Tequila Lime Chicken, for example, and two other people close by our table ordered the same and left rice untouched! Tortilla strips stale, but only positive was chicken cooked well… charged extra for Pico that is supposed to already be part of dish. Please don’t waste your money… hate MDs… would have been better! And cheaper!

Pretty amazing experience. Went to watch some football last week and sat just off the bar. Service was prompt, accurate, and the staff was very accomodating. Atmosphere was on point, and without having to ask they change the channels to the perfect game everytime. Drinks are pretty strong here to. Just leave the brisket enchiladas alone… Trust me… However I will be back more in the future.

This place is nasty and forgetful. Look up their sanitation score. All I ever use to order was a simple dessert, the blondie, and it always took an 30 min to prepare it Togo, even if I called it in ahead of time. Blondes are $ 6 and I get home to missing toppings; I had to go back for a new one. Waste of time and money. Just go to a different restaurant or different Apple Bees.

My experience here reminded me of why I prefer not to eat at chain restaurants. Although our service was great… the food was not. I ordered shrimp and they were way too salty. I didn’t eat it all. My side salad was good and the honey mustard dressing. It has been years since I’ve eaten at Applebee’s…I should have kept that track record.

The only reason why I’m giving 2 starts is because Logan was a sweetheart. I was excited to try all the new stuff Applebee’s has been coming out with, so I ordered the all day brunch burger. I love fried egg on a burger but when I got my burger, not only was my bun burnt(black) but my egg was soooo over cooked I could barely eat it. Fries are soggy and flavorless. Get it together people.

I adore this place! Every time we come in the food is hot, fresh, and delicious(the boneless wings are my favorite). The waiter is always attentive and friendly. Today the manager even checked in at our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Excellent customer service!

So I came here and got a Low cal salmon. Looking at my pic and the picture they show it is missing a lot of veggies. It did taste good but should have had more veggies.

Ate here today for the first time with my daughter, the meal was okay. Never saw the waiter other than him coming by with a refill that I didn’t ask for which was okay. Not one time did he ever come by to ask did we need anything. When we finally got his attention to ask for a box to go and bill he did that. After bringing the box, her never gave us a bag to carry the container out the store, yet when he bought the bill, he lingered around the table in close view waiting on a tip. Your tip is contingent upon the type of service received, not because you feel you deserve it. Customer service is everything. And never knowing a waiter’s name because he never said is so unprofessional when you’re serving. And not sure why a duplicate receipt was given after giving the original with my money. Being all about the surveys on a receipt is a must. Therefore, this is the reason I’m making this post on Unilocal.Leon, serving table #15 needs more training.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Chili’s and it’s just like I remember it when I ate here last. The food was overpriced and just decent. The service was good but our server was young. Management was walking around and never once came to our table to see how things were. The order was messed up but I blame that on the cooks for either rushing or not reading. So I ordered the Beer Pub Philly, the wife two appetizers, and my son ordered Cheese Quesadilla. The Beer Pub was so-so. Lot was supposed to have jalapeños on it but I didn’t taste any at all but it could be that it was smothered in about 2 cups of melted cheese. That kind of over did it on the sandwich. You couldn’t taste the meat either. The fries were like shoestring fries but a little bigger. The wife ordered the cheese sticks and boneless banquet wings. She gives both items a thumbs up. They looked good and smelled even better. My son ordered Cheese Quesadilla with cheese sticks. They brought out a chicken quesadilla instead of cheese but not complaining because he was satisfied with the chicken. All in all it was good. If I could give 3.5 stars I would. The only other thing was they had a tablet at each table but you couldn’t pay that way.

Visited this restaurant recently and had the fajitas for the entrée which was okay. Friendly service. The only reason I go to Applebee’s is for their amazing Blondie dessert and it was great at this location. If they ever get rid of it I’ll probably not go back. I went on an evening when it was super packed and super noisy, which was unpleasant. Not much buffer space between you and other people, which is even worse on a night like that especially when they’re being super loud.

Recently, went there with my brother for lunch. Have been a fairly frequent lunch visitor with my family, so much so that a waiter recognized me on my last visit. Staff has Always been very accommodating and prompt. Food has always been consistent and of goo quality although onion soup may have been a little heavy on the cheese. Definitely worth a visit

Daddy Daughter Date brought me here with my ‘tween. We left my bride home, who complained of being chopped liver — but every once in a while, a daddy needs to do that to make his little girl feel special. 20 years ago, I thought Applebee’s was something special, the bomb! About 12 years ago, the appeal was lost when I realized they had transformed into a mediocre shop with diminishing portions and average food and that there are seemingly several chain restaurants just like them. That’s not to say they aren’t good, especially for the right occasion, hence the DDD. This particular Applebee’s is right in line with most of them. Adequate, but nothing to write home about, food and service at a somewhat reasonable but rising price tag. Fish & chips was slightly overcooked and still very edible, but the shooter desserts were a real hit with my daughter. It’s always good to see her with a smile on her face. I’d do it again with my super picky daughter who doesn’t appreciate the better restaurants, but I wouldn’t make it a habit to bring the whole family when there are literally hundreds of better options all about Raleigh and Durham in the same price range.

I went here with trepidation after reading the other reviews, simply because I was given a gift card by a well meaning but clueless relative. I arrived about 9:15PM(advertised open until 12) There were guests at two tables and one person at the bar. Since no one greeted me I sat myself at the bar where I could see one of the TVs. I like ribs, and I had heard the advertising for the all you can eat crosscut ribs special, I thought that would be the thing to order. WRONG! The bartender took my order suggesting the honey BBQ flavor sauce and drew me a beer. my order came out in less than 5 minutes, a pile of thickly sauced meat(? mostly flat bones) equivalent in size to about a ¼ rack at most decent rib restaurants like Texas Roadhouse. The slabs were very thin, VERY overcooked, and barely warm. The fries tasted like frozen, and the slaw surprisingly contained a fair amount of cilantro. I happen to like cilantro(many do not so it is not commonly in slaw) and commented on it to the bartender, who was busying himself restocking the bar, watching the football game, while carrying on an loud conversation with some of the other employees about an informal pool on the outcome of the game, discussed where they would go(elsewhere) to eat after their shift ended, and while one intently mopped the floor right next to me with a strong smelling bleach solution, and it was 2 hours to closing! As I finished the semi edible portion of the ribs the server/bartender asked if I’d like to try the smokey chipotle sauce«this time»? I was far from full so I said sure, hoping it had more kick than the first one, and maybe the ribs would be better. They came out in just a couple minutes later along with more of the fries. They were warmer than before but not any less overcooked(had to have been«nuked»). I needed 2 more drafts to wash them down. I was a glutton for punishment and hoped to get my relative’s money’s worth, so I asked for a 3rd order. This time he brought it out with another coleslaw rather than more fries but this one was curiously lacking in the aforementioned cilantro so was rather bland(???) My biggest surprise was when I got the check, the ribs were down as 12.99, not the 10.49 as on the menu and on line!?! I questioned it and was told the 10.49 was the«platter price», the all you can eat was 2.50 more! Can you say bait and switch?

I work at a restaurant and I decided to try an experiment. Being a vegetarian, it is hard to eat out at places like Applebee’s but this location was fabulous. The food was good(except the mashed potatoes, I’m really picky about them) and the service was amazing! If you go to this location, ask for Maggie! She is an amazing server and really will do anything to make sure you have a great time and service. I recommend this location if you are in the Raleigh are.

Our family went here for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful time! Our server, Nia, was extremely attentive, sweet, and fast. We ordered the spinach cheese dip with chips for an appetizer, and the oriental chicken salad, chicken three cheese penne pasta, and cheesy flatbread. We had no complaints about any of the food! The pricing was good for the portions and the quality. We also had a nice conversation with the general manager, Greg Jones. We will definitely return to see Nia again and have some great food!

My server was extremely inattentive. Polite but failed to consistently check on my table. My server also brought me food that I did not order. And when he did bring me what I ordered, it was extremely cold. Never coming back

I used to love the oriental chicken wraps and I haven’t had a problem getting them since they took it off the menu until today. It’s as simple as putting the oriental chicken salad in a wrap. I was told by my server that«someone in the back» said they absolutely wouldn’t do it. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

The Pick Two is a great idea. I got the 4 oz sirloin with the Very Berry Spinach Salad. I would have preferred the salad without the chicken. The sirloin was nice.

Our server was the only thing that made our lunch enjoyable. The food is just ok. The appetizer selection is just sad– everything reminds me of those Fridays frozen appetizers. I got the three cheese penne– why? Idk, I guess I wanted to compare it to Chili’s Cajun chicken pasta… which is WAY creamier and more flavorful. Applebees pasta was not coated with sauce — just bits of melted shredded cheese. The chicken on it wasn’t bad though– but smaller pieces than Chili’s for sure. The price is almost the exact same as Chili’s. I would recommend going to Chili’s instead because they are better and fresher tasting overall… plus good management and new décor(def cleaner). Our server, Taylor was GREAT though. Quick with refills, smiling, etc.
