We got locked out of our car and called Kenny at American Security & Lock. He arrived very quickly (15 minutes) and within seconds accomplished the job, and processed our credit card right there on the spot. He was very courteous and professional. $ 65 lesson learned, but if we ever get stuck in the same situation again, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call on Kenny again.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The panic you feel when you are stuck outside of your home without your keys is terrible and American Security and Lock saved my day. Kenny showed up in a timely fashion, worked quickly and was able to get me back in my home. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

They came out to rekey our business. We are a corporate business. We had a core key which we owned and they used to change the lock setting. They asked for cash in which we only invoice. While I was on the phone with my corporate office to get clearance to use a credit card, the tech stole our core key off our table, cursed at me twice and ran out the building. Do not do business with these unprofessionals. I’ve never experienced anything like that in a business setting and hope you don’t as well.
