Not helpful. Tried to get key made but had my own. Don’t mind paying for labor. Guy wouldn’t do it and kept insisting he had keys. I know but I like my own. Asking questions that aren’t relevant and I’ve don’t it there before and had no problem. And he lost my screw ad tried to tell me he didn’t lose it and it wasn’t there. Had him go find it and he did. I never write negative reviews unless Its horrible.

I probably come into this ace a few times a month. For both business and personal purposes. You cant find a more family feel store around the area than these guys. It’s always a smiling face and a «can i help you find anything?».
They always have sales up front with some great deals.
I can always find what I want there.
and you cant forget the free popcorn. theres nothing like walking around the store eating popcorn (or you can get it on your way out, but then you’ll spill it in your car).
I can always count on the guys/​gals at this ACE.

All I need are some Stainless Steel Screws, and that is all I need and this time I’m Sure! Oh and some Popcorn… Stainless Screws and Popcorn and that’s all I need, this time I’m sure… and some Local Honey and this time I’m Sure… Screws, FREE Popcorn and Local Honey and this time I’m sure… and a Hammer in case I want to remake «Old Boy» (Rod0 Version) in case Spike Lee’s remake is less than anticipated and it IS anticipated to be VERY Good!
One Dude said they did NOT have Honey, though I doubted it, I think they wanted us to leave before the White Coats showed up!
Free Popcorn is NOT the Only Reason to EAT here! Wait! I just need some Stainless Steel Screws and that Popcorn! Dude Staff were helpful and handled me better in groups, I know skinny jeans are NOT Pop anymore AND I go more Crazy in Hardware Stores than I do in Gelato shops! Seriously this place is Romantic enough to visit on my own though I insisted on my Bride coming in with me! She bought more than I did!

For starters, any place that has a 25 cent soda and free hot dog promotion twice a year as well as free popcorn every day is alright in my book. As for the hardware store itself, Ace represents itself as the «helpful place» and they live up to that. I don’t generally have a whole lot of hardware needs and am admittedly prone to hitting up the larger places first, but Ace has a great selection of things that you probably won’t find at the other stores. Need a random bolt or screw that your piece of furniture from Ikea is missing? Ace is the place. Need a tiny spring to fix the whammy bar on your Rock Band guitar? Ace is the place. The prices really aren’t that much different, and the staff are generally much more knowledgeable and friendly than the larger stores as well.
