Bayville, NJ
Leasing office is very friendly and knows every residents name. Ozzy is always on top of any repair finishing it same day or next day. The staff will love you dog and apartments are very clean. I have been here for a year with no issues at all. Shoprite, Target and Whole Foods are minutes away and the train station is a very quick walk away. Highly recommended.

Rented there a few years ago, we rented a «Guthrie».
It’s a very nice apartment but we broke lease after 2 weeks of living there because we hated it so much.
Our windows faced a side street, that an Elks Club or VFW or something was across from our windows. There were events every single night, even on week nights going until 1 or 2am.
We complained and asked for our unit to be moved, they wouldn’t so we broke lease.
Ceilings are too high and kitchen is too narrow as well.
Walk in closet was nice and roomy.
