I was very hesitant to purchase my entertainment center from LaFlat due to the absolutely terrible reviews online. However, the entertainment center I wanted was discontinued and after looking for months, LaFlat seemed to be the only store in the entire country that still had it in stock. I figured how could this place stay in business if it’s as terrible as the reviews say? They responded very quickly to my initial emails inquiring about the entertainment center so I bit the bullet and charged it to the AmEx(they had me pay through PayPal) for added insurance. I am now sitting in my living room with my new gorgeous entertainment center! I ordered is on June 1 and they delivered it today to Manhattan and quickly assembled it, also removing the boxes. I couldn’t be happier!

DONOTBUYANYTHING from laflat. This is THEWORST I have ever seen. I ordered a full bedroom set and sofa set, and a coffee table. It was not delievered for 4 months, and When I began calling them about it, they hung up on me multiple times saying they will have me speak to someone else. After about 50 calls, it finally arrived, but only the drawer set and the coffee table. WHATHAPPENEDTOMYSOFAANDBED? Another month of calling them multiple times, they finally sent the bed and sofa. The side of the sofa was ripped, and the bed was missing one of the legs(which made me go to home depot to buy a block of wood to keep it level– and it does NOT match– i had to put the bed against the wall). When I called again, they said it must have been the delivery company that lost it, and the sofa was probably damaged because of them. OK. I understand the sofa, but the bed legs, I took them out of a plastic bag they had wrapped inside a box! JUSTDONOTBUYFROMTHEM. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE, and they will surely rip you off, or something WILL go wrong that they«can’t do anything about».
