The coffee is good, the chairs are comfy, and the staff is friendly. What’s more, it’s all for a good cause(check out their website to read about their mission). The diverse menu includes food and other non-coffee drinks. My date had a smoothie, I had an almond milk latté. Both of our paninis were tasty. The best part of the Radford Coffee Co. is that it shows off the local color of the town which those of us who just go to school here might be less familiar with.

This is Radford’s answer to the perfect, cultural, locally owned coffee shop. Radford has been yearing for a place like this, and Radford Coffee Company has heeded that call. Their humanic, fair-trade, single sourced coffee is exquisite. They even have great networking connections with some Honduran growers. In addition to excellent coffee, they offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, made-fresh-daily baked goods, teas, and smoothies. This place is a MUST for anyone who enjoys good coffee, wonderful fellowship, and of course, free wifi. «From the generous heart of the New River Valley, our profits go to open life changing opportunities for Miskito Indian children on the Coco River(Rio Coco) in Nicaragua.»
