Standard Chinese food, but the food is usually pretty good and they are really nice. And this is one of the few places to eat in new Kent.

THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU’RE ON A BUDGET AND WANT EXCELLENT FOOD
Everyone is friendly. (I like that it’s a family business). It felt very clean. It’s very fast. She said «Ten minutes!» And it was ready in ten minutes. The serving sizes are huge so it’ll fill up anyone and pricing is really reasonable.
One dinner entrée fed me for two days. Definitely coming back

Food is decent. Better than most of the chinese take-​out in the area (Sandston, South laburnum, Route 5). A little on the pricey side… but welcome to fastfood in VA. Would recommend. Restaurant is clean and in a nice convenient location.

«Food C» if it is so awful then why do you continue to eat there? Get over yourself. Its a local Chinese takeout restaurant, not a 5 star PF Changs. The food is delicious! Don’t let the location fool you. All food is served fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp all day. Get the «Lunch Special», A very large container filled with your order, that is more than enough for one person, and an egg roll for $ 6.50. Well worth the price.

No one will post many reviews because this place is terrible and not worth their time. I have lived here for 10 years and eat here a couple times a year. Every time I say I am going to post a review of how bad it is. Food is nothing like other Chinese places. And they all are cookie cutter images and have the same menu but Panda Garden is an exception.. Never again.

I’ve been eating here for a pretty long time. It’s the only chinese place in the Bottoms Bridge area, so be thankful it’s a good one!
Standard chinese fare, there’s a few tables inside but it’s definitely a take out place. Pickup only, sadly no delivery.
The food is really good. The egg drop soup and the steamed veggies with chicken have fueled me plenty of times. Also, the combination meals are HUGE and come with fried rice and an egg roll. Excellent General Tso’s chicken.
No matter what you order from this place, the lady will tell you «ten minutes.» and it really is always ready in exactly ten minutes. ;)
