Grabbed a quick bite, approached the counter, greeted the man behind the counter, he didn’t respond not hi, hello, may I take your order just a blank stare, ok. Got the number 2. Two slices of pizza and a drink. One slice was Sicilian, a step up from cafeteria pizza, the other your typical slice, both tasted undercooked. Bad pizza is still pizza but I won’t be returned to this place.

Pizza is awesome and reasonably priced. Delivery is quick and they are always polite. In the shop, slices are huge and reheated perfectly — my favorite!

Very solid choice if you’re looking for something cheap, quick and good for dinner. Just your average run of the mill pizza/​sub shop with some very delicious food. The pizza is great, and so is the super steak. I haven’t had everything off the menu, but everything I’ve had hasn’t disappointed. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is after I moved to a different part of Quincy, they delivered to me for a couple months then decided they didn’t want to anymore. It was a bit disappointing, but this place is still great.

The Greek salads are huge and were a big favorite in our house. The large subs are huge and packed with the toppings you order. The garlic knots are a good choice. They are always busy but they are always professional. The pizza is good, simple ingredients.

Decided to order from here for dinner. Hubby’s coworkers loved this place so I decided to check it out…
Yay:
Garlic knots, mozzie sticks and the veggie pizza. Veggie pizza was tasty! It was a thin crust with light cheese and veggies. Garlic knots and mozzie sticks were good too.
Nay:
Buffalo chicken tender dinner with rice and salad. I ordered this with rice and salad, but I got fries and salad instead. Chicken was dry and looked a little old. I had a few bites and had to chuck it. Glad we had the pizza!
If we were to order here again, we’d get pizza and apps. Customer service was pretty good, and delivery service was fast.

Not sure if they were having a bad day, hired a new guy on the fryolator, or just nose dived and gone down hill. On Saturday we ordered a Chicken tenders with French fry dinner, mozzarella sticks and a large Italian sub.
There were no chicken tenders at all instead it looked tasted like reheated chicken cutlets, the French fries were white and under cooked, the mozzarella sticks were under cooked, and the Italian sub was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad we ended up throwing out the entire order and getting food from another place. Growing up this place used to be good however this was such a bad experience I will never go there again.

Ridiculous… Ordered delivery because I’m sick and can’t really move. Didn’t eat all day and ordered delivery on a rainy Sunday night. They told me a half hour. I live 2 minutes from the store. Food came an hour and a half later, and the kid delivering didn’t have it in a delivery bag. It’s cold and the bag is soaked. I used to deliver food for 6 years and never once brought food to a door outside of a delivery bag, let alone in the pouring cold rain, an hour later than quoted. Never ordering here again, don’t even bother

Not sure if they have changed ownership, but their quality has declined. Pizza is still ok, but their salads I would stay away from. This has been an issue over the past few months, not sure if I will return at this point. If your looking for a great place for pizza and salad, Angelo’s is the place to go. Quincy center.

At first I was like what did I get myself into as I walked in the door it was just so it was just not welcoming and there customer service was just terrible. But when I got home and took a bite of that Italian sub it was heavenly. 5 stars for the sub –2 stars for terrible customer service.

Not a big fan of this place but not too bad for a local restaurant. Some days they’re good and other days, they suck so bad. Their chicken brocolli alfredo is the best out of their whole entire menu! Reasonable prices and they have a parking lot. Somedays, their pastas are so watery that the sauce doesn’t even cling to their pasta at all. Subs are eh, okay. I probably prefer their hot subs over the cold subs. Pizza is just okay. At least they do sell them in slices in case you want slices instead of buying a whole pizza.

Hubby was in the mood for steak and cheese subs so we decided to give this place another shot after not coming here for a couple of years due to the subs being overly greasy. Hubby got the steak cheese and mushroom sub which he said was very good. The sub wasn’t oozing with grease and had good flavored meat, cheese, and mushroom ratio. I ordered a gyro since I’m not a huge steak and cheese sub fan and didn’t want pizza. I was surprised it was actually really good. The lamb was well flavored and seasoned. For a gyro from a pizza/​sub place it was seriously good. My only complaint with the gyro is that I wished it came with a side of tzatziki sauce. We also ordered cheese fries which were really disappointing. They were so burnt and very dry that even adding ketchup to them didn’t save them from the trash. Overall we were happy with our meal and would go back for the subs. Maybe next time we’ll try the pizza too.

No complaints here. Gave this place a shot.
The subs were fat and big. not at all cheap on the meat like some places. I liked the soft rolls. very good food. reasonable prices.
steak and cheese — its like the ground beef type. not my usual preference but it tasted good.
The buffalo chicken sub was great. best one Ive had in awhile. my only suggestion would be throw in two blue cheese packets… not that they are being cheap. but the sub is so huge that 1 packet only covers about half… most other places have much less chicken and one packet would be fine.
italian sub — everything was fresh. I wasn’t blown away by it though. Id rate it a 6 or a 7.
I got pickup so can’t comment on delivery times and I haven’t tried the pizza yet. but I will and will update my rating. 4 stars seems about right for now.
EDIT: now they give perfect sized cup for the blue cheese instead of the packets… good to see.

Awesome pizza! You can’t find a better BBQ chicken and red onions pizza anywhere. Subs are ok. Chicken Alfredo pasta is amazing. I go to super chef all the time and it is my second favorite pizza place after pantry pizza in Dorchester.

I am a big fan of Super Chef. Everything I’ve ordered from there has been good. I would recommend the buffalo chicken pizza it’s served with crispy bacon! YUM! They deliver your food in the time they say or less.

At the time loved the fact that we found a spot that was open till 11 so we had placed an order. 1 slice of their cheese pizza, loved how big it was but it was just the worst. Completely dry and burnt. My boyfriend ordered their buffalo chicken pizza pie. I grew up in Quincy, we love out buffalo chicken dishes and this is the first spot that was just a complete disappointment. Again the whole pie was dry, burnt, tasteless and tasted nothing like buffalo just chicken tossed into it. It is now the following morning and my boyfriend is not feeling good at all.

I’m a big fan of Super Chef.
Their smoothies are heavenly and their entrees hit the spot as comfort food.
My favorite meal is the chicken finger dinner (that really is more like breaded chicken cutlets — but I’m OK with that because it reminds me of one of my favorite childhood meals).
The orange freeze smoothie tastes like a creamsicle topped with whipped cream and is a favorite of my husband.

The stars are based on wings.
I used to love this place for its wing dings. So I haven’t stopped by this place for months. Now, the wings are not the same. It’s not the same crunchy and bold tasting wings as I known it to be. I still love their hot sauce (buffalo) tho. It has a nice kick and I am pretty sure it burned my mouth!
I guess when I moved, they decided to change their vendor? Maybe a year later, I will come back and try its wings again. Hopefully, they will get that type of crunchy and tasty wings again.

The online ordering is excellent. And the time «quote» is startingly accurate. Almost to the minute I kid you not.
The Greek pizza = heavenly.
2 pizzas, cheesey bread, bottle of soda AND tax/​tip for 30 bucks. Hells yes.
