I purchased a training package at this gym to lose weight. I was told that because of my weight I could not use the tread mill. It was extremely insulting and the reason I was there was to lose weight. I would not recommend this«gym» unless you are already in excellent shape.

This is a legitimate review. I am not the girl that you hired, but a client of hers. I went to the your gym several times. You actually yelled at me for not having a change of sneakers on our second interaction and stormed away. I had just entered the door. There is never any reason to yell at a customer of yours(I know that you got a commission for the trainer to use your gym), especially one who does not the rules yet. I held my tongue for my trainer, who was your employee at the time. Also, it’s not slander if it’s true. She told the clients that she was currently training that after demanding more availability, you posted to fill her job on facebook without consulting her. Very professional of you. She has the right to contact the clients and say exactly why she quit. I had appointments myself with her that had to be rescheduled to a different time and gym. I do find the way you treat people repulsive. It is interesting that you chose to work in an industry that is somewhat involved in customer service.

Signed up for the Group Rip class at SNF Fitness and loved it. I attended for a while and even brought in other members. After a while it became clear that the ownership’s priority was it’s personal training clients and not the Group Rip class. Even heard the owner tell a group ripper to «move» once so that a personal training client could use the space. Treating every customer like the most important customer, regardless of how much they are spending, goes a long way. If you think about it a Group Rip client who pays $ 80/month and attends for a year is worth $ 960(the same as a personal training client who signs up for 12 sessions). Every customer is a valuable customer. The training is GREAT, the customer service needs work.
