Ordered a plain cheese pizza for delivery. The pizza completely lacked flavor and the dough was soggy. Unfortunately the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered.

Just got take out from this place because it had 4 stars on foodler. Why? Ordered cheese pizza– I mean that shouldn’t be a pizza that you can mess up. It was terrible. It arrived Luke warm for starters. The dough was floppy and it had the sauce had zero taste. I had to put chulula just to give it flavor. Will never order from here again!

Enh. Food is okay. We usually go with the mystic special. I made the mistake of getting the roast beef once. Not a good decision. Stick to the subs. The burritos weren’t too bad.

Not a bad spot for pizza and wings. Usually my go-to for pizza was Angelina’s, but they weren’t answering their phone one night, so we dipped in our stash of take-out menus and found a menu with some pretty cool coupons for Romanzza. The first time we ordered pizza was a few weeks ago. They have a 2 large pizza deal for like $ 20, and we took advantage of it. We added spinach to one and then kept the other one as is. Pizza arrived piping hot and it was delicious. They did not skimp on the spinach either. It was fresh and tasty. The second time I ordered was supah bowl weekend. I got the family pack deal, which consisted of 2 pizzas, a small order of wings, a 2L soda, and a Greek salad. I also added on a large fries and a fish sandwich. OMG. Pizza was delicious as per usual. WINGS were BOSS. Greek was delicious according to my husband as me no likey feta. Large order of fries was legit a huge paper bag of fries. And then the fish sandwich was huge and very very tasty! I had asked for spinach as a topping for one of the pizzas, and they forgot. I called about it, and the guy that answered just told me to ask to take 2.50 off the next order. That was nice of him! I really wanted my spinach pizza. Now I wasn’t supposed to have pizza as my lucky duck self is now deemed lactose intolerant unfortunately. But pizza was so worth it. Bye pizza. See you never, unless you’re cheese-less, which isn’t that bad. Really, it isn’t. If you’re in the Quincy area and looking for decent eats, check out this place. Customer service is pretty awesome, and they have lots of coupons to choose from.

Ordered for the first time from them on a snow day and was pleasantly surprised. Got a chicken finger dinner, Italian sun and Steak tip dinner. Everything was delicious. I like that the chicken finger dinner comes with a small salad in this neat plastic Tupperware style container to keep it fresh. So cool. Also the plastic utensils they provided are stronger, sturdier and bigger than a lot of other local places making it almost like real utensils. All in all a great experience. I’ve lived here for a few years and never knew about this place. It must have popped up over night.

They used to have yummy delicious food but now it seems like they are cheaping out on ingredients and staffing. Half-cooked greasy messes are what they are producing now.

Stopped here on Saturday to get out of the cold and grab a bite to eat with my aunt and dad. It was my second time in Boston it is seemed like everywhere you looked, there was somewhere to eat along this strip, especially pizzeria’s. We stopped at another pizzeria but decided against it because they only had one hot and ready pizza to eat and it was out in the open. I shan’t name names. The place itself wasn’t too great, there were stockpiles of pizza boxes and it wasn’t t sparkling clean and inviting but the staff was pretty nice and attentive. Anyway, this little pizzeria’s slices hit the spot. And at two dollars for cheese, and two fifty for pepperoni, we ate well. It only took two slices to fill me though just because the slices are so huge. It was delicious. The crust was well prepared, the sauce was flavorful and the cheese was melted just right. I would definitely recommend them for a quick slice of pizza.

This was the overall worst take out I’ve ever had. The beef burrito was awful. It was like chopped up, already cooked, hamburgers with tomatoes rice and cheese. The grilled cheese was soggy. The meatballs in my sloppy meatball sub didn’t even taste like there was meat in them. The jalapeño poppers were OK and the cheesecake was good. But unless you’re desperate and you have no other choice, this is not the place to order from.

It’s ok I mean their food is great and they have a big menu but it takes a bit to make the place is clearly a small business but the people are nice. Their is no parking lot but you can’t some times you find a spot. And I’d go their again

Love it. They have a huge menu and everything I’ve tried so far was delicious. The portions are big, enough to share with a friend. Try the steak tips dinner!

I have only ever gotten the roasted turkey sub from here and the occasional app but it is really good and has been consistently good so I thought it deserved a review. Fresh veggies the pita bread is also fresh and the turkey is actual turkey breast not slimy gross mystery deli turkey. They don’t play around when I ask for extra extra pickles either. Last time I got the rice pilaf and it was tasty but nothing special.

I hate doing this but have to say it and maybe they will learn how to get better. When I was a kid my dad loved the place(old owners). Well strolling down memory lane popped in to try a slice. I got two burnt slices. Burnt is burnt don’t sell it start over. Please I know how hard it is but you have to try to be great. I wish it was better but you try eating burnt crust pizza and tell me what you think and I am sorry for writing it but hope that you will not do this to anyone else.

Love this place, right down the street from my house so I can walk anytime or get delivery when Im lazy. The people are always nice and the food is pretty good, all the people complaining about this place are clearly holding standards too high for a pizza joint.

«I ordered pizza tonight because I felt like turning on the oven and cooking” – said NOONE, ever! Ordered a 10 inch house specialty pizza with Romanzza on GrubHub. Delivery time of 9:45 — 9:55 pm. 10:10 rolls around and I start to wonder. «I wonder where that pizza’s at?» I say to my boyfriend. We hear a strange shuffling sound outside of the apartment door and wait for a knock. Nothing. I walk to the door and look out the peep hole; sure enough, there’s a man standing in the dark holding a pizza. I open the door and transact with the chipper fellow *cough*. When I’m handed the pizza I can feel through the box that it’s warm, but far from oven fresh. Whatever. I’m starving. The pizza was lukewarm at best, and kind of wet and gooey in the middle. After about 15 minutes in my oven it’s hot, but still soggy and defeated. The flavor was okay but all told, this delivery experience was not worth what I paid. GrubHub gives Romanzza Pizzeria & More 4 out of 5 stars. Unilocal has it at 3 and(at the right temperature and with a few extra smiles) this rating seems just about right.

This review is from sometime between Sept. 2012 and Mar 2013 and never got published. Publishing now as I just noticed it. Ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Overpriced for a sloppy untasty pizza. A thin Greek crust that wad not fully cooked, not particularly special sauce. The cheese tasted cheap. The jalapenos tasted very obviously out of the lowest cost can… Very vinegary after being cooked. It took quite some time to cook too… Over 20 minutes. When done, it just sort of slopped. Made me feel sick afterwards. In terms of atmosphere, it was a grimy shop. One guy swept a hundred times without a large difference being made, and the staff didn’t particularly look hygienic on a Friday night(no gloves, hairy). One girl who answered the phones for delivery orders kept making personal calls. School house may be gone, but this is not a prime replacement. Go to Gennaros…

Delivery is rather fast but the quality of the food is hit or miss. I’ve tried different things from here and really nothin stands out. A lot better places in the city with a similar menu.

The pizza is average. I think it would have been better if we hadn’t just gotten the end of the pie. They’ve got tons of things on the menu and the cheesy garlic bread was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and even chatted with us for a while. They have a highchair which is a big plus having a toddler.

Romanza knew that to earn the people’s hearts, he had to create a pizza that was unheard of in the land. In a waking dream, he was visited by an angel who told him that his task was to make a pizza whose crust was thick and yet crispy and light. Romanza woke and worked ceaselessly for 6 days and 6 nights, and on the seventh day, he rested for he had achieved the impossible. He sold his pizza based on his creation and no matter if the toppings were plain or the cheese unexceptional, the people loved the crunchy crust. There were some who did not embrace the pizza, but those were the kind of people who were the sort to kick a defenseless kitten per chance. Romanza continues to this day to earn the peoples hearts as well as a few of their dollars.
