Preordered for delivery the night before. Got to where it was supposed to be delivered and it wasn’t there. Called. They said it was on its way. Half an hour later(it’s about a mile away) it came. They never cooked it and put it in then. Horrible delivery service.

They certainly get a lot of credit for value but I will never be ok with flat AND room temperature soda, particularly on a 90° day. The pizza is salty but some people like it. My husband certainly did since I was strongly«encouraged» to amend my review to include his opinion. If you’re in a pinch(like we were when we made the decision) you will get a quick turn around and a clean spacious area to eat. On this hot August day I really wished they had a functioning ice machine. On the other hand, I originally gave them 2 stars but they got an upgrade for providing good customer service: When the fountain drink situation didn’t work out for us, I requested to speak to a manager & ask if I could substitute my fountain drink for a bottled drink. Although the combo only comes with a fountain, the manager Jenn was very gracious in saying we could take what we needed from the fridge. We felt that we were treated fairly and even though we were initially frustrated, there was some attempt to remedy and it’s only fair I reflected that.

I’ve been ordering online. You get some discounts doing so. Unfortunately, some of the cooks can’t read the slips properly. Not sure if they are just in a rush but my order is wrong way too many times. Food still tastes good which is a plus but it could be great if the order was right. Will have to give them 3 stars as service quality has declined the past few months. People are nice though. No attitudes or anything so it’s hard to complain.

The pizza here was delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would of gave it a higher rating but the wait was a little bit too long. I order the pizza online at 8:50pm and it told me my order would be done at 9:30pm so I came in at around 9:25pm and my pizza was not finished until about 10pm. I was a little upset because I had to wait that long even though there were only one other customer in the store. However, I enjoyed their pizza, I just recommend people who are ordering online to not trust the time the app gives you.

My order took 75 min to get to me first of all I called to see what had happened and the person on the phone said it was leaving now When it finally arrived, it was clear that it had be cooked way before I called bc it was cold and dried up looking. Looked about as good as it tasted to be honest. The cheese on top got way overcooked Very disappointing bc I love papa Gino’s from when I lived in Plymouth. But the quality and service at this location is lacking. Not the same kind of food at all

I always order a good 20 – 30 minutes ahead for pick-up. It’s usually ready on time and tastes good. Never had a bad experience here. Stick with the pizza though, the apps can be disappointing. Mozz sticks are usually flat and soggy, and toasted raviolis are sort of hit or miss. The pizza is always very good though.

This location is pretty awful. I like Papa Ginos but an staying away from this location. They burn their pizza and breadsticks(this has happened the last three times I did pick up or delivery). If you decide to get delivery, beware. You will get a crushed pizza or the wrong order. One time he showed up and said«I hope you like your pizza crushed.» Really? So unnecessary. Another time, I got my pizza with no cheese. Most recently they tried to give two pizzas when we ordered one. Their delivery guy is the worst — rude, unapologetic and plain bad at his job. When I’ve been inside for pick up, you can hear him talking rudely to customers on the phone. No thanks.

I stopped in unexpectedly for lunch. Kayla(cashier) was dealing with a customer who was having difficultly ordering. She was very patient and polite. Because of that I waited a bit longer to order but once I did the food came up quickly. I got two cheese slices and both tasted good. I rejected a receipt and didn’t give a name, so when it was ready, there were two orders that were the same but that wasn’t a big deal. Restaurant was clean and not beat up despite the décor being from the older days of Papa Gino’s(paintings and mirrors). Professional atmosphere up front. Music was good, and restaurant wasn’t freezing:) I might be back if my schedule has me coming this way…

First we called to place the order, they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. We got there 45 minutes and they said they didn’t have it. Although they did have the salad. The girl who took our payment asked for it, then kind of walked away. The girl who I am assuming was a manager or assistant manager went over to the guy cooking the food who was wearing a black shirt, I honestly thought he was the manager because of his age and his demeanor. He gave the girl kind of attitude about the situation and goes«Well did they call the right one?» Of course we did because you had the order on file and this is Granite St the one we looked up. But I was well behaved. Then they kind of acted like we weren’t there and the guy got back to burning other peoples pizzas. The girl who I believe was the assistant manager or manager came back to us. Said the pizza would be ready in 8 or 9 minutes she apologized, offered the store to us. We just wanted the pizza so we went and got beer somewhere. The problem I have is the way the cook was talking to people and seeing him throw pizzas on the boxes where we could see them, worried us because out of the 4 pizzas I saw that he made, 2 or 3 of them were burnt. So we figured after coming back we would have a burnt pizza. Came back they had our pizza ready which they made an XL for us because of the mistake. Got home the pizza wasn’t burnt but the Buffalo Chicken Pizza wasn’t exactly the best pizza I had. I don’t expect much out of these chain pizza spots but still I kind of expect for them to be a little less crazy although it was a Friday. Service: 2(Only because the girl working there which I wish I got her name was so apologetic) Pizza: 1(The pizza wasn’t the best pizza, the«buffalo chicken» tasted like just friend chicken. Then the rest of the pizza wasn’t anything to special. I am also not a huge fan of their pizza sauce.) On top of that it was take out but the rest of their restaurant looked kind of grimy and probably should be updated. I give the over all experience about a 1.5 but I will round up to a two.

Not good. My steak and chz was tiny. It came cold and had a stale roll. A spider crept from the ceiling and landed on my daughter. The toy hook grabber machine is totally rigged. Sad to see bad product since i like Papa Ginos.

I’m usually a Pizza Hut or Domino’s kinda girl but since we got a whole page of coupons for Papa Gino’s in the mail, I thought I would pick up a pie on the way home one day. I ordered in person at the pizzeria and man, was it busy! In addition to the bunch of people sitting down on the padded benches lining the walls waiting to pick up their food, there was no clear order to the other bunch of people standing around in front of the counter. The guys behind the counter didn’t seem to be super organized, attentive, or friendly. But I placed my order with no problem and didn’t wait too long for my large cheese pizza to come out. Overall, the pizza was fine when it was hot. Perhaps a tad too greasy but my real gripe was with the crust and bread, which were too chewy for my liking. As it started cooling however, that was when it became a real workout to eat. My jaw muscles were tired by the time I was done with a few slices. That really shouldn’t be happening. And so into the recycling the rest of the coupons go! I shall not stray again(at least chain-wise).

My husband and I went to this papa Gino’s to grab a fast lunch. We ordered the lunch special of spaghetti and meatball and one slice of cheese pizza. The spaghetti and meatball was ready very fast but my slice of pizza took more than 30 min to get! I watched my husband to eat and when he’s done, my pizza is still not ready! This place is definitely too slow. The staffs are rude. I checked on my status the first time, the young kid said they are waiting on it. By the time I went back the second time, he obviously ignored me. Then another staff, who seems to be the staff manager, came to assist and asked if I want my money back. So I got my $ 1.25 back but I wasted half an hour of my time and nothing to eat.

I have to say… I am impressed by the staff, especially Kayla«front cashier»(name off receipt). She quickly greets you as approach the counter and asks to take your order. They bring your food to the table when its ready(talk bout service from a fast food pizza joint). I’m an extra thin crust/flat bread type of pizza girl. While their pizza is not my normal preference(my mom loves its). I’ll definitely come back as much as my mom likes and for their friendly service.

My experience today, while it was not pleasant, did end well. The food, although it had gotten a little cold, was still good after I popped it in the microwave. Don’t get me wrong, i would possibly order from here again, but today’s experience was less than satisfactory. At least the food was good, and free. They didn’t charge me after I complained twice that my food had yet to arrive. Turns out they only had 1 or 2 delivery guys on the road, and the restaurant itself got busy and a lot of people ordered around the same time as me. I felt kind of bad for complaining, so I feel the right thing to do would be to forgive them for the service I received and try ordering there again someday.

The food from this location has always been pretty good. As others have said the service is sometimes rude and often slow. However, I’ve been here and received great service plenty of times, too.

You are always greeted by a friendly staff person at the register. It’s always clean inside at this location. I always get the exact same thing here so I can’t comment too much on all the food items. With that being said, my food is always served immediately! I get two slices of cheese and a drink off their fast lunch menu and it’s always served«FAST» no waiting!

Worst Papa Gino’s I have ever had. We have tried ordering from this location multiple times in hopes that it will get better. Time and time again delivery which, according to them and not us, is supposed to be delivered in 40 minutes takes over an hour. Last time we ordered delivery we waited over an hour and twenty minutes for a large pizza and a salad. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Let me set the scene… There is NOONE in the place. 5 employees and just me placing ONE order. What could go wrong… They managed to give me the exact opposite of what I wanted. I wanted ZITi, I got SPAGHETTI… I wanted CHICKEN I got BROCCOLI. I wanted RED sauce I got CREAM sauce… I have a plan, I’m going to order the opposite next time and see what happens… What I want next time is a Cheese Pizza so I’m going to order an Omelet and see what happens.
