My family has been ordering from these guys for 20+ years and they have never been anything short of fantastic. Over the years we’ve tried many of the items they offer/have offered. I can’t think of a single complaint about any of it. Out of 5 stars, I’d give them 10 if I could. Everything is great but the calzones are my personal favorite. They’re filled with whichever toppings you choose, a bunch of cheese, and cooked to perfection! These guys know their stuff!

Napoli has some of the best pizza in Quincy so it’s slightly heartbreaking that I have to give them two stars. They have an online ordering service but clearly have no idea how to use it. Whenever we order online the food is ALWAYS wrong. For some reason they have a hard time reading half pepperoni, half cheese. They read it as «please put a shit ton of pepperonis all over this pizza.» First time it happens, no big deal. Second time, annoying but not too big of a deal. Tenth time, come on. We order the pizza half cheese so I don’t have to pick off the pepperonis. I don’t get any joy out of picking them off. The worst part is, they never seem too apologetic over their mistakes. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction. I was a loyal customer but thats gone out the window, along with all of the pepperonis.

Ordered a calzone. Pretty much a pizza folded in half and overstuffed with ingredients and fell apart when cutting. Calzone was not cut. Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta. Came with broccoli, we didn’t order to have broccoli added. Called for a refund, person said call back in 30 minutes! Do not recommend!

Very dirty and no working restrooms. They couldn’t even get a basic chicken wrap correct at 1145 in the morning

Quite a disappointing experience. I had a decent sized order for delivery, the delivery took drastically longer than they told me it would(about 45 minutes) but in all honesty, that isn’t the main problem here. The food was cold, and burnt some how. The calzone I ordered, was not even cut. Overpriced for below sub-par food. My biggest gripe was my delivery driver, now I understand it was a big order and this may be your living, but do not complain and curse about the amount of tip I gave you under your breath. Beyond rude and disrespectful. Never again.

I went in with a friend today and the place was dirty. Tables weren’t clean and there were food stains on the walls. The thing that really turned me off was that the owner was taking orders over the phone, touching the computer and taking cash into his hands from customers and then going right over to make sandwiches on the grill without putting on gloves or washing his hands. I observed him doing that the whole time we were there and it really disgusted me. I won’t be going back.

Great food, great customer service. Definitely one of the best takeout places in Quincy!

Had some trouble with my go to pizza delivery, Napoli, tonight… By go to, I mean once, sometimes twice a week. No problems. Tonight happened, but not to worry, I called and let them know, and they COMPLETELY took care of it. They almost lost me, but I got a very apologetic VM from Napoli, and they took care of the problem. Excellent save from a great pizza shop.

Best Chicken pram sub. I’ve ever had! Can’t speak for much else because I can’t not get the chicken Parmesan. It’s so tasty.

Went in for slices, I get my haircut across the street. Last week I went in there, roughly at noon lunch time and the slices were cold and most likely from the night before. I tried again today, thinking this had to be a fluke, and again the slices were old and definitely from the night before. I actually asked the employee who seemed to be a nice guy why I was getting old Pizza Slices if a new pizza was available. I really use to love coming to this place, but it has fallen way off. Couldn’t even finish the food.

Everything here is consistently good. I regularly get the pizza, steak subs, and calzones. I get takeout and delivery here weekly and never had a bad experience. This is how these types of restaurants should be run.

Great New York style pizza. Classic delivery pizza. Best wings in Quincy. Delivery driver was a kind old Italian man. He got a flat tire in the way to our house, but still arrived within the time frame they promised. South of Boston, this is the best pizza around. This certainly is the pie you can’t deny.

This place is a Quincy staple The first time I came here was over 20 years ago theirs been a lot of afternoons spent here wasting all my quarters on their street fighter 2 machine. I have had their pizza and subs hundreds of times but it’s been about 10 years since I’ve had their food(I moved out of the area) The other night me and the wife were looking for some pizza and we were in quincy so I brought her here and it was better than I remembered. I just had the cheese pizza and it was everything you would want in a pizza chewy crust, tangy sauce with the right amount of cheese. I’m am definitely going to come back here maybe more if they put that street fighter 2 game back lol.

I’ve lived in Quincy for a year and decided to finally give Napoli a try. Big mistake. Stuffed shells, mozzarella sticks, and steak tips all tasted as if they were once frozen and then quickly thawed in a microwave before being sent out for delivery. Everything I ordered was tossed in the trash. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered pizza for delivery and both pizzas were wrong. I called to complain and I was told that even though the menu says that the proscuitto pizza has roasted red peppers(it came with green) the pizza has actually never had red peppers and I apparently should have known that without being told the menu was wrong… and the other pizza which i ordered with no garlic came with tons of it and this was somehow also my fault because i ordered wrong(what part of «no garlic» do you not understand). The only offer to compensate me was that I could wait half an hour for a new second pizza this time without garlic. Thanks but no thanks. I threw out the pizza and the menu. Wont be ordering from them again.

Delivery took 1 hour and a half. The food was cold. And the sauce container exploded all over an un cut calzone. Just Spent 20 dollars on trash

This pizza place used to be my favorite as a kid; until the original owners sold it. It is now disgusting food, poor quality service, and dirty on a health hazard level. A friend of mine just found a dead mouse in there yesterday and when she pointed it out to the new owner she got verbally attacked by the lady, who used obscenities, right in front of her daughter. Never again will I ever go back there. What a disgrace to Quincy residents.

This place is a simple community«mom and pop» restaurant. The people are very nice, courteous; overall like-able people. The store itself is clean and looks recently renovated and doesn’t look grungy. The food is very clean and high quality. They cook the food very quickly and it tastes very good. It definitely doesn’t taste like a «fast food» restaurant. Given how good the food tastes, it was priced very fairly. When me and my brother went we got the pastrami sub, steak and cheese, curly seasoned fires, and a slice of cheese pizza(see pictures). We got two drinks on top of this and all of it was $ 24. In my opinion, that’s pretty good for such high quality food. If you’re thinking about going there, go, don’t hesitate, it’s worth it.

Napoli has become my go-to pizza/calzone delivery place when I am too tired/lazy or if I am dying for really great pizza. While I am a HUGE fan of their bacon and onion pizza(yuuuummmmm) and their spinach calzones(delish), I have to say my favorite is their plain cheese pizza. The crust is always crisp and tasty and the cheese is never greasy. Delivery is always prompt and reliable and only serves as a crutch to my occasional laziness. Damn them
