The main reason I continue to go here is the convenience and their ‘eco friendly’ cleaning. The service is alright, but sometimes you have to wait so the dog can be quieted. I’ve also been discouraged in dropping off items, being told, the Dry cleaning only items can be washed regularly at home. I’ve also had items altered here and the stitching in the interior isn’t the best. They do give you a ticket when your items should be ready, but they usually don’t call.
I had to question my most recent dry cleaning items, when I found animal hairs on a suit jacket (I don’t have any pets & wouldn’t it have come off during the cleaning anyway?).

Please read: DO NOT GO!!! I had gone to Jan for a few items that needed alterations in the past, including bridesmaids dresses, etc. She is located near me and I had seen reviews of her work with wedding dresses in the past, so I decided to take my wedding dress to her for very minor hemming at the bottom. The dress was very simple, I was having a small wedding, and she assured me that she had done much more complicated work before and could easily help me out with hemming and steaming my wedding dress for $ 240. Two days before the wedding I went to pick up the dress. It didn’t even look like she steamed it, but she had included a free bustle on the dress and the hemming was perfect so I let it go. My bridesmaid and I took a look over of the dress in its garment bag and brought it home. It stayed locked in my car overnight, I never took it out of the garment bag. The day before the wedding, my bridesmaids and I went to get our nails done. As we piled the in car, one of my them had to move the dress, carefully, to sit in the back seat. As she did so, she noticed a fairly large, yellowish stain towards the bottom of the dress, as well as a black scuff mark on the back. I could’t believe it. It was so low and the garment bag must have shielded that area so I did not see it when I picked it up. Naturally I was devastated. Immediately I took the dress to a «Dependable Cleaners» which happened to be by the nail salon. This was the day before the wedding, so I wanted to get this fixed ASAP, and I certainly did NOT want to take the dress back to the scene of the crime where more damage could be done. While we were paying $ 300 to get the dress fixed, my husband called Jan to see what she could do about this situation. She said «I don’t believe it, bring the dress now». When he told her that we were getting it re-​cleaned at Dependable Cleaners, she said there was nothing she could do. It may be my fault for not bringing the dress back in its stained state, but as you can imagine, I was getting married the next day and just wanted to get the problem solved STAT. She had already charged $ 240 for the hemming and the half-​ass steaming job, and then she cost us another $ 300 to fix HER mistake. The fact of the matter is that she was NOT careful, and she ruined my wedding dress. I even noticed as I was trying it on in her shop that she was carelessly fluffing my train around her dirty plants on the floor. Since I can’t get any monetary compensation, I would like to try to get as many people as possible NOT to use her services. She ruined what would have been a perfect relaxing day with my mom and bridesmaids as I spent it scrambling to fix my poor dress. Do not go, she ruins clothes.

Using the wash & fold service, several larger items (expensive pants, work shirts, sweaters) were lost. Very rude, yelling, swearing, and not once did she apologize. She basically blamed me for the loss and was unwilling to compromise or compensate me. Beware… bring in your clothes, you may never see them again.

Jan is so friendly. They do a great job here and the prices are decent. Your clothes do get sent out so it may take a day longer to pick up your dry cleaning but it comes back perfect. I’ve never had anything ruined or missing.
She is also a great tailor who does on site tailoring and will give you suggestions if you need them.
