Hair Sense

I’m Korean with fine and wavy hair. I’ve had many failed hair cuts from non-​Asian salons and Asian salons in the Boston area. If you’re Asian and looking for an Asian hairdresser who knows Asian hair, this is your place! I’ve been in the Boston area for 8 years, and I finally found a salon that is affordable, friendly, and does a fantastic job with hair. Mrs. Pi is an artist. If you let her know what kind of hair you’re imaging, she does a great job balancing what you prefer and what would actually look good on your face/​hair type. She also takes into account the season (humidity in the summer, dryness in the winter) when doing your hair. Highly recommend this Korean hair salon! They do magic straight and perms and dyes as well.

This place is a gem. If you reside in the south shore area and you are looking for a dope haircut, male or female, then you need to hit this place up at least once. The owner is very polite, super friendly, and doesn’t overcharge like other places do!
There is a bus stop right in front of the hair shop so if you don’t have a ride, then just take the bus! It will literally drop you off right in front of the hair shop.
