Eastern Insurance agency is awesome! They have so many companies. I just called them cause my auto policy went up dramatically. A rep did a complete review of my policy, suggested ways to save more money. I only had auto with them so I started apartment insurance, saved on that and even bigger money on my auto.

Customer service is exceptional.
If your looking for a place that will take care of you then give them a chance you’ll be glad you did.
Plus if your willing to pay $ 15.00 extra and wait about 10−15min for plates and registration instead of a hour or more at the DMV then definitely stop by Eastern Insurance!
Yes! They have the ability to do it on the spot!

I’m thinking of changing agencies. These people don’t answer your emails when you have insurance questions, and they’re just hard to get ahold of in the first place. My insurance randomly went up with no new tickets or infractions and it’s impossible to get them to answer an email to find out why.

I’ve been an Eastern Insurance customer for years, for car insurance.
I recently changed vehicles, and this location was very helpful in quickly getting me the paperwork I needed to change my registration and plate information over. For a $ 15 charge, they’ll do all the change over paperwork, and save you a trip to the RMV, but the payment must be by check.
I opted to go to the RMV because I didn’t have my checkbook with me, but before leaving I asked the EI rep if the RMV would take a credit card for this, or if I should stop at home and pick up my check book. He assured my the RMV would take my credit card for the changeover fees and sales, but that was incorrect. (Luckily the RMV was kind and gave me a pass to come back without having to wait again when I returned with my checkbook.)
Despite the mistaken information about RMV payments, I’d still recommend Eastern Insurance because their staff has been very helpful over the years I’ve insured my car with them.
