Domino’s Pizza

I’ve been ordering from here for the past 10 months. I always choose pick up though because I hate waiting for food. So far, our pizzas have always been exactly the way we ordered them. And we never have to wait longer than 25 minutes from ordering to picking it up.

Every single time Ive ordered from here — the last 4 times in a row– it takes over an hour to get my pizza. We live much closer than that. Today was no exception. 1 hour 8 minutes order to door.

Ordered a cheese pizza and wasn’t assuming you had to tell them to put sauce on it… Chaos was going on when I arrived. People screaming at each other over responsibilities. Never again ordering from this branch

Ordered online for the first time and did a pick up. Was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. It was done fast & exactly how I liked it!

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am from this dominos location! We made our online order at 7:30pm. Got a call from the manager Asia at 8:20 to let us know they didn’t have salads… I’m assuming lettuce… Ok fine we decided to settle with just the pizza. My boyfriend told Asia that if the pizza was already being cooked then we were ok with waiting on the pizza. I have worked in customer services since for the last 12 years. It is now 9:35pm and we just got our pizzas and paid for cold food… We had to put our pizza back in the oven to wait even longer. Our 3 year old unfortunately had to wait for us to run out to get a separate dinner. Which is not the end of the world. I understand that things happen. But my biggest complaint is dishonesty. Just be honest and up front if you run out of something or things take longer– not take hours to realize and let us know. I will not order from this location ever again. And since there aren’t any closer locations I won’t be a frequent customer any more… I hope this location can be more up front with their customers in the future. Mistakes or problems that are handled with honesty and sincerity can be forgiven. However lying, not following through, or acknowledging can not be.

I was told the pizza would be delivered in 1 to 1 and ½ hours, although that was upsetting in and of itself, I agreed. 1 hour and 40 mins later I called to check in on my delivery as it was late and the lady said the driver just got there! What does that have to do with me?! Now she is past her 1 hour and 30 min projected time. I asked her how much longer and she avoided the question, I asked her again and she said how ever long it takes for the driver to get to my house from the store. RUDE! Still it took longer than that even. I am a 5 – 7 min drive from Domino’s and it took 20 additional minutes past the 1h40m late time. I waited 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. Unacceptable!

This is the only dominoes that seems to be right on 99% of the time.
in 5 years of ordering here only had one sub par experience and that was years ago.
Always fast, and never mess up my order.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I love this place. They always bring the foot hot in their heat wave oven. Online ordering is very easy and easy to pick out coupons. I highly recommend the boneless buffalo wings as they are delicious.

Whenever I am in the mood for ready to eat pizza (delivery or take out) — I get it from dominos. The deals one gets online are pretty great. I like the online app. Makes ordering such an ease.
Delivery is pretty quick. I have seen I have the pizza delivered within 30 mins of ordering online. Which is really good.
The size of the large pizzas is not the same as the independent stores. That’s what I don’t like about their large pizzas. Overall it kind of works out because the prize one pays is different as well. Plus customized toppings with the coupon deals is something you can’t expect independent stores to be able to afford. It’s always good to have options. I know I will never get plain cheese pizza from here. For that it would be the local pizza joint.

Great subs and excellent service. Lots of people eating in, much more welcoming than the old place. The center of town is hopping.

Decent Domino’s. I’ve been ordering online from this location for a while now and I’ve never had a problem. Occasionally I’ll call an order in, and staff had always been cordial and accommodating.
Prices are extremely reasonable. More so… reasonable for great products! Food is tasty, piping hot, and then delivered to your door in less than 30 minutes. Can’t beat that. I order from another local pizza spot to obviously support local businesses, but I support Domino’s too.

I’ve been ordering from this location since I moved back to Quincy so almost a year now. I order online, the staff are always polite and social. Will always conversate and apologize if they are a little late which is understandable because finding my complex can be tricky, but usually on time and quick. The food is always hot, they are great.

i am new at this but all i can say is their delivery guys are pretty nice but when i get my food i am not always happy. i always order a bread bowl but sometimes it comes out too small or too messy but other than that customer service is great and the delivery guys are nice as well just wish the bread bowls were like what i expect

For a Dominos, this is pretty decent. They are quick and the food is always hot. There are pizza places in the area I prefer a lot more, but sometimes their waits are crazy, so you can count on Dominos for something quick or late night. I tend to go here when I have a coupon.

Great pizza, fresh veggie and pizza. Staff is not good. many time you have to explain their own menu.
Please trained your staff and ask them memorized own menu atleast.

Aside from the fact it’s a dominos restaurant is irrelevant even if this was free I’d probably pass on it. Worst run dominos I have yet to see. I didnt find 1 hair but 7 in our food (over 3 items) and when I called I did get offered about half the money worth of food as a replacement with a chuckle… So I dumbly called to collect while they played games on the phone, hanging up saying «dang I got too many calls» and «since its a credit yous gotta wait longah»… Is this seriously still an operational business? Give me a break, trus me if you ever worry about stuff being done to your food this is the place

As Dominos’ go, this one is amazing. I’ve never had a problem with an order, food gets here fast and the employees are all very friendly. If you visit the actual store, it’s clean and well kept and, again, the staff is helpful. Dominos in general has undergone a major shift in their production and recipes. I, for one, am all about the new crust and variety of combinations. Oh! And they have Gluten Free crust now! I’m not GF but I know enough people who are. This just makes them even better!
Not sure how they ended up with three dollar signs for price. If you go through their website they have tons of coupons, and they’re also always having crazy promos. For less than $ 20 you can get two pizzas.

Delivery on point… never a problem… food always hot… can’t complain
